Ha! It was 88!
Anyway... I've been gone all day, but came back to find lots of ideas not to try... made my day
We'll crack it eventually...

Though I always enjoy the use of color in a puzzle, I really doubt that Val's dream numbers are components for some obscure prismatic puzzle. If the numbers ranged between 0 and 255, then yes, color would be a definite. However, as it stands now, all we have are some seemingly arbitrary numbers ordered in no apparent fashion, with no idea on how to begin deciphering them. Adding the numbers as we please across rows or columns to produce the numbers we want doesn't seem effective or productive. There should be a much more logical approach, something that we may have missed in Val's wording. Let's see if we can't comb her blog again for some more hints.

The only thing that even jumped a little at me was the $20 camera, just because back in the day the $ was used to designate hexidecimal numbers (maybe it still is, I haven't done programing since MS-Basic and 6800 series assembler). I don't know, maybe if you added 32 (=20 hex) to everything something would pop out...
Is that straw I see?

The mention of bifid gave me an idea. A 10x10 chart would be tough to regenerate given such a small set of data, but maybe it would draw a cool picture! Nope.
Well, going with that idea, maybe they are coordinate pairs, and it'd draw something! Nope.
Oh well.
Looks remotely like an NTSC vectorscope .

I still dont have anything, but I kind of like where this is going.
Since the values are from 1-99, dividing by 4 would map to 25 values - close to # of letters in the alphabet.
Value/4 (dropping the fraction) =
11 05 21 04 08 00
09 03 04 19 05 15
24 07 01 04 14 10
16 12 24 00 04 16
04 21 08 16 07 04
08 02 08 18 11 22
07 21 08 11 14 24
06 18 20 17 19 08
16 18 10 20 13 24
22 16 17 15 03 04
03 12 13 01 04 03
14 13 15 07 15 01
Converted to letters (A=0, B=1, ...)
L F V E I A
J D E T F P
Y H B E O K
Q M Y A E Q
E V I Q H E
I C I S L W
H V I L O Y
G S U R T I
Q S K U N Y
W Q R P D E
D M N B E D
O N P H P B
That gives us a letter frequency that almost looks like something we could work with...
E:8 I:6 Q:5 D:4 H:4 P:4 Y:4 B:3 L:3 N:3 O:3 S:3 V:3 A:2 F:2 K:2 M:2 R:2 T:2 U:2 W:2 C:1 G:1 J:1
I've fooled with cryptogram type swapping from there, but havent found anything.
Yeah, I'm grasping at straws.

I'm probably the only one thinking about this today, hey?
I changed my mind. I'm betting it's some sort of book cipher, where each number is the number of a word or letter in a book, or possibly each 2 numbers is a page and word/letter combination. I thought of that this morning before having read all of the Valentine blogs (thinking that maybe the "book" would be what she wrote down from a previous dream) but when I saw that they reference a mysterious book, that clinched it for me. So maybe we need to figure out what that book would be?
Although, I'm sure that since my confidence is up, I'm even more wrong.
Okay! I'm done thinking about this for today (probably not)

New Blog : 'Road Trip' Kate's in town, evidently to stay... I guess this means they're giving up on Jada.

For anyone working on the numbers thing, I made a spreadsheet to make it easier... just pop in your number/letter/word in column 'A' and the spreadsheet'll display it in the grid off to the right.

A few times, she's referred to feeling happy when Kate is around; This could be related to whatever powers they have. Or not.
From what we've heard, these powers have both physical and mental aspects.

Heh, I've thought this since the beginning. Seeing as I am of the same persuasion I would love to hope it's so!

It's truly good to know that I'm not the only one to be thinking that there seemed to be almost a romantic subplot going on here...
*is humming the song to myself*

The video is "Katy Perry - I Kissed a Girl (Official Video)"
See if you can search yourself a copy maybe.
It's a song with lesbian overtones, that MAY be why it's blocked; depending on your country.
