I maintain (until proven otherwise) that it looks like a distorted and/or colorized photo of at least one person (left-hand side, kind of a profile of a dude).

And wouldn't the stegging not work with all of the text over it?
(The opinion above is based on a limited *read: non-existant* knowledge of stegging practices and does not necessarily reflect the views of people who know what they are talking about.)

It could be stegged, as any picture can be stegged, whether it has text in it or not, unfortunately I am at work, and am unable to try to desteg it at the moment.

I get a hit in stegdetect for jphide, which could be hinted at by the email subject. I thought for sure the only thing hidden in images would come from the Encryptor, but it may be otherwise. Not sure what the password would be if it is stegged.
