 		I'm wondering if the images are as important as the shape they're forming on the map (zoom out to see what I mean)...

Looks to me as if it's pointing to a location roughly at coordinates 17°30'00"N 75°45'00"W... a spot in the ocean just southeast of Jamaica.

Any idea what could be there? Or maybe its the coordinates themselves that mean something?

I have only been able to identify a few of the pictures, and so far these people seem to have one thing in common

The arrow could certainly be pointing to Venezuela. It was pointed out in chat, if Gough was alive, Venezuela is only a small hop from Belize.
