notice all the Theo locations are nearby to the omph cities but far enough away so that it might be hard for any players in the omph cities to check out the theo cites .

There is none. The original list was acquired from James. The new list was acquired from James. The original list was of locations where Theo has groups. The new list is of locations where Theo has groups. For some reason some folks think they are different.
