A short transcript, since AUZ is busy watching the football match Germany-Austria at the moment. As foobar already has confirmed, this is simply the Theo Oath in a (partly ok, partly horrible) German translation.

(*German Studies mode ON* - Remark: Is Markus really German? Is language - choice of words, syntax, even the tone/melody - still if far too English for that. "Ich bin mit Theo"? What kind of German is that supposed to be? The translation is way too literal, the syntax is really quite awfully English. *German Studies mode OFF, but I'm still shivering*)

Thanks, Canzonett - I dropped my transcript after I discovered that it in fact was mostly an (automatic?) translation of the English oath.

Because of Markus' sloppy reading, I suspect the sixth word, which indeed sounds like "Gegenwart" to be "Gegenwehr", which would fit better ("resistance").

That's my (rough) translation which I posted on the wiki. I didn't send it to him, however - either someone else did, or he simply went there and copied it. Strange, isn't it, that he becomes active again just the day we do our city labyrinth?

I am wondering if we should be careful what info we share with Markus for now. We don't know if he is double-agenting, or if he is truly on TheO's side. If he is not a double agent, we may not want him to know that some of us are, lest he blab.

I did, in fact, send him a mail after his blog entry on monday, discreetly trying to make him tell me more about his motivation, his intentions, his aims, emphasizing that I want to help and support him ... no reply yet.

BUT:
If Markus really is out of the team for good - who will be their Thumos now?
Is Mauritz in our world? How can we find him? Is he here in Munich???

Edit/PS:
I've written to Alex and asked her about the details of her vision. If we can identify the place where her parallel self and Mauritz ran the labyrinth in the other world, maybe that place's counterpart in our world could give us some clues concerning Mauritz ...

What I understand from Alex's blog entry is that Markus looked similar to Mauritz but she doesn't "feel" like Markus wasn't being the true thumos for the mission. Maybe someone is influencing Markus to "stay blind", and keeping him from being a true thumos that he's suppose to be. He's only human after all, and someone is taking advantage of his weaknesses *or of the situation where he woke up with an amnesia. Who's his partner for the unititation anyways? Is it an IG char?
