edit: another random observation - the cnet article linked on their site is about a tech company [google] being hit by some possible identity theft. I'll email them asking about how they would handle this situation.

That's a legit article though, definitely OOG, just used as an IG example.

oh, I definitely know it's legit. Just wondering if anything that happened in that article is foreshadowing something that needs to take place in the ARG.

Hm, I checked my points this morning and somehow I'd gone up from 10 points to 310. No idea how I did that. But I checked again five minutes ago and it dropped to 110! What's up with that?

Sent new messages to Tyler, Ethan and SecureIDGuard. Perhaps I said something that made me lose points? Perhaps I wasn't worried enough about Zach?

Just got added on ethan's facebook, dropped him a little comment. Checked out his blog...trout me if you have to, but Zachiepoo left with a full itinerary. I dropped a comment on the blog asking to look at the itinerary for clues to where he is.

I also dropped another e-mail to secureID cuz I never heard anything back from them.

New Email from Tyler....
From our MySpace messaging....

Tyler's response to my asking about their date and giving Ethan the decoding info....

Helloooo, Sherri! I had a lovely date with Ethan last night! We went to see Spoon and it was faaabulous to see them, with him. We're really into each other and I want to be there for him through thick and thin, he's such a great guy, I'd do anything for him. Girl to girl, Sherri, I'm in love!

Frankly, I'm not sure what you mean with all that deciphering stuff but I'll pass the message along to Ethan. He's kind of a proud fellow so I don't know if he'll like people poking into his matters but I'll find a way to put it to him.

The remix by Jeremy is wonderful, I love my friends!

xo Tyler

Sooooooo, looks like they liked the whole Spoons concert idea, and hopefully the decoder idea is in the works....

Not bad. Wishing there was something really juicy to work on, though. ARG

OoOoO....looks like someone's important enough to get a response from this frakakta game.....don't be frustrated, at least you're experiencing it first hand, imagine how I feel after making my existence incredibly undeniably clear.

No response from SecureID yet. I'll be keeping an eye out for anything from them though. The email had mentioned that they would send information in the mail, free of charge. So it may be coming by snail mail.

Well, near as I can tell from the email from Tyler to me before this (and posted on an earlier page), she communicates freely with you once you have gained enough points to move from ACQUAINTANCE to NEW FRIEND. And in order to do that you have to be the first one to suggest a "solution" to one of her dilemmas. I did that with two items--I THINK--suggesting the Spoons concert for her and Ethan, and pointing out her "technical error" with her mp3 player on her site....which included the suggestion she get Ethan to fix it for her. Then all of a sudden she's all talking to me. If I were working alone, I would now have "inside" information that other players don't have, but hey, THIS IS UNFICTION!! Yeehaw!! So I posted it for everyone to see. It's the discussion that goes on in here that spawns any ideas I may have, plain and simple. I just ain't all that "hep" to be able to think like a teenager on my own. LOL!!!

And Agent Green.....as far as the re-mix goes, I fawned over it in my email to her, ending with "aren't friends grand?" That effort of yours is over and above, as far as I am concerned....just like Irene's production company website. Kudos from me in and our of game!

So, any dilemma's left that need solving and earn us some points? If everything's going so great between Ethan and Tyler, all that's left seems to be missing Zach. I already sent them all messages about Zach yesterday, but that didn't do anything. So either I'm missing something or there's simply nothing left to do. It's a prologue, after all, not the real game yet.

Well, there has to be something left because 10 people need to make it to 5,000 points
