Bottom left corner is a wee little drawing with either 310 or MIO or some combination of the two on top of it, and the dates 1-18-96 (or 98?) 'Day I left mary' and 9-4-98 'day i met mary' on it. Can't decide if this is ciphering or a storyline puzzle (ie - we should look at the dates as actual dates.) Per his usual tactics, I would say it's a cipher of some sort.

It's weird that the 'her' in the second thing is underlined, maybe he means somebody besides Mary? Hur hur maybe Cecilla? Razz

I think you're right about the cipher, for sure.

 		Addendum - tried running the dates through hexidecimal, got gibberish, put the gibberish through ROT, still nothing.

Yeah, I'm thinking the WHO? and the her refer to someone other than Mary. The dates don't make much sense otherwise.

I did consider that maybe the letters of "Robert" correspond to 090496 or 011898 as a future key, but in any case we need more information.

Edited to fix date.

 		While talking to ashes of lovers, she brought up a very good point that there looked to be hidden writing in note 2. She was right! And with a few image manipulations (most importantly, flipping it vertically), you too can see it!

It reads...

I see her.

She has... black hair.

A knowing look.

She sees me.

She sees inside.

She still does not look away. [not 100% sure here]

I want her. [kind of hard to make out]

Will edit in a copy of the manipulated image once I work something out that displays it better.

Edit: Ok, added image, but it's still bloody hard to see the writing.
Edit 2: The last line's harder to make out with this one, but the rest looks better.

I tried to clean it up a little. And made it into a negative image.. which seemed (imo) a fitting thing to do considering this guys strange personalities.

 		Note 3 up, with a slightly creepy story about a boy with a dead brother. A second death in a car accident. This note also has strangely emphasised letters (underlining and one circled), and some strange numbers...

162, 001, 200, 320, 030, 620, 010, 516, 200, 119, 250, 320

g, o, b, y, t, w, o

No idea what they mean yet!

Edit: added an extra underlined letter I found - the "o" in Robert is underlined also.

Edit 2: Doh, "Go by two", a hint regarding the numbers perhaps?

 		Have you tried decoding every other number with the numbers left? Like 162, 200, 030, 010, 200, 250 and 001, 320, 620, 516, 119, 320?

Just a thought. I'd do it myself but these kinds of cyphers were never my strong suit.

Yeah, I'm kind of at a loss as to how to convert those into letters.

Those numbers don't really mean anything to me so far, and googling only brings up baseball cards. They don't correspond to anything on the Ascii table. Dividing by two did nothing and subtracting every second one didn't seem to work.

I tried taking every second digit, except you get 601030360156019530 which did nothing for me.

Removing every second digit gets 12 0 20 2 00 2 00 1 20 1 20 2, which looks kind of deliberate. I then changed those into sets of three (120 202 002 001 201 202), converted from base 3 to decimal to get 15 20 02 01 19 20, which corresponds to OTBAST in the alphabet. ROT on those got me... worse gibberish.

Sadly, that's the most sense I've gotten out those numbers so far.
