It's a Gronsfeld cipher, which is a Vignere cipher but using a numbers->letter transition.

EDIT: I just wanted to say that I'm not so sure about the third line guess now. The second two lines might just be the user:pass of four letters each instead of "user pas is" then a pass of six letters leaving us with a lack of clear username.

each number corresponds to what to subtract the position of the corresponding letter in the alphabet. in this case, u-0=u, y-6=s, g-2=e, and so on. when decrypted, you get

I followed the link to the Wikipedia article for I Want You To Want Me and noticed that in the edit history was this message : I know you're watching me, Robert.

The IP address that made the changes is 68.100.38.61, which has a hostname of ip68-100-38-61.dc.dc.cox.net.

That same IP address made another edit on Wikipedia for the Talk page of Fabio: On his appearance on The Man Show, it is revealed that he is, "Not the gay".

Unlike the Cheap Trick note, the Fabio entry was not changed. The Cheap Trick note was changed back to a version by a user named Antodav2007. If you look at the history for that userpage, the last change was because a vandal changed several paragraphs to read some version of GOD HELP MEEE!GOD HELP

Although that seems to have been a coincidence, I thought it was pretty freaky, especially considering the subject matter of this game.

The surname "Valdemar" keeps making me think of Mercedes Lackey's psychic talking horse books (Heralds of Valdemar etc.) but that can't possibly be it.

The "Simon says, burn, bitch" thing on Note 8 on Flickr bothers me. Bitch sounds like witch, and witches were burned at the stake. It might tie in Note 3, with all the "I know you don't go to church, Mary" stuff. It's kind of ironic that wikipedia for Simon Says says
