Well I don't know about anyone else, but I made mine myself Wink

Photoshop CS3 rocks. (which can be found in other ways if anyone -- like me -- doesn't think it's worth 2500 dollars).

BTW: if you like mine, I'm very open to sharing, and you're welcome to take mine for public use or if you want a custom one, please PM me and I'd be happy to make you any one you'd like for yourself.
