I don't know why it wasn't on the forums, but somebody found it (it was on the wiki). I haven't personally called though cause I'm a chicken. Anyone want to report what sort of response you get?

It's an french girl talking over italian music about the restaurant. At the end, a female admin says "leave a message or if you are an administrator enter your 5 digit password"
Or something to that effect.
We just need to find the 5 digits.
Its not paris.

According to the Red Balloons site, it looks as if the pick up went well. Also, any ideas as to who Fred is? Apparently he was found in the Gotham River.

The red balloons site suggested that things didn't go well on the pickup, and now in the newest newscasts it turns out that Stevie and Romeo are dead.

Do you think it's going to be another pick up at a bakery on Monday, then?
(They rescheduled for "Monday", which would be June 30th, right?)

Okay I know most of this has been going on over at SHH and on the wiki so I'll post an updated rundown in fair order. Warning: If you're trying to figure this all out yourself, there are SPOILERS ahead without any tags.
We "win" the page http://Whysoserious.com/Laughtilithurts/Static.htm and get to see a security camera down at the docks being knocked out by the Joker. The date on this camera is Monday June 16th.
Wednesday June 18th, the puzzle text messages go out to owners of the Joker phones and when solved it leads to another carnival game that when won, leads to http://Whysoserious.com/Redballoons/Ineptlackeys.htm (I'm not typing out the long solution for all that, read the wiki timeline.)
The clue in that note regarding clowns liking the opera leads to the pin password on the Pasquale's Bistro voicmail. (Verdi / 83734 - Giuseppe Verdi is an opera composer, but even I don't know how someone came up with the answer to that one).
Typing in the pin allows us to hear the message by Maroni's lackeys -- the same from the Joker's note -- trying to reschedule their pickup for Monday. However, the Joker's note says that this rescheduled pickup didn't go as planned. As he already knows this to be true, the note was obviously written after they retried the pickup and something went wrong. This puts their date of pickup at June 16th -- the same as when the camera went out at the docks and two days before the Joker's note was found.
A new email shows up on the Glenn Barhyte webmail account from Gordon: "It was a big hit, those two dead at the playground. And why the painted smiles on their face? This case is getting odder and odder."
The subject is a case file number that leads to a police audio file; a wiretap in Pasquales Bistro that records the events that happened on the 16th when Stevie and Romeo try to pick up their package. The gist of it is that some unknown men show up and violently attack them. (It can be listened to here: http://www.zshare.net/audio/143045128b771749 ). By this account alone, the attackers seem to be members of a rival crime family -- as supposed by Stevie and Romeo -- however, the knowledge from Gordon's email shows that the deceased had their faces painted like clowns and so we can assume that it was the Joker's thugs.
Two new Gotham Cable Newscasts come out on comcast (and can be downloaded from the wiki). Two sidenotes on them are important to this part of the story:
1) "...when you hear stories like the large shipment of ammonium nitrate that was stolen off the docks last week by a perpetrator who was crazy enough to smile into the surveillance camera." This is a reference to the video on the static page. So the Joker stole a whole lot of ammonium nitrate which is used in the production of very serious bombs. However, it's possible that we won't actually see anything being done with this; it may have only been forshadowing for him blowing up so many things in the movie.
2) "...the murders of two Sal Maroni associates. Last Wednesday morning two teachers and a group of second graders discovered the dead bodies of Romeo Camerra and Steve Risollio bound, gagged, and tied to opposite ends of a see-saw. If you wanted to know where the mob keeps its money, these are the guys you want." (The Joker's note was found late Wednesday).
So it would seem that the Joker had these men kidnapped to figure out which bank to break into. As the leaked bank heist scene shows, the bank that the Joker robs is indeed a mob bank.

Good Summary
Darn, I guess that means no wild goose chase on Monday....
It did seem too good to be true being this close after the Domino's thing.
Hopefully there will one more scavenger hunt in the next few weeks.
