New piece of evidence on the PHI website: http://www.fringetelevision.com/2008/08/fringe-pattern-case-0091-evidence-0007.html

Case 0091 - Evidence 0007 is image of braille letters, which translates to PARKERSBURG. Parkersburg is a town in Iowa, most notably known for a F5 tornado that stuck there on May 25, 2008.

If you click one of the dots in the last "R", it links to some tornado videos:

Was there a reason they skipped the 35448 part of the Phi sequence?

Sorry if I missed it, but search wasn't bringing up anything.

35448 is the missing evidence - the DNA sequence mentioned above.

It was "skipped" or "removed", presumably by the person shredding the same evidence in the 62270 video.

tornadoes
imagine

Cool
I puzzled how the tornadoes fit in with the previous videos..the only thing case 0001 had scenes of destruction. My guess is that it's all about controlling nature, etc.

One of the incidents of The Pattern reported in the pilot episode, the comic book, and the press release kit, is about a tsunami that took place near Sri Lanka:

Comic Book Preview wrote:
Last March 8th, off the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, two fisherman from the nearby city of Moratuwa report a plane of unknown origin and design flying close to the ocean's surface at high speeds. Seconds later, a high-pitched frequency shatters the windows on board their boat and disables their engine. An hour later, an offshore earthquake measuring 8.7 creates a tsunami that wipes out Moratuwa, killing 83,000 people. The damage is localized within an exact radius of five kilometers from the epicenter, with no aftershocks. The capital city of Colombo, only 60 kilometers away, reports no shaking from the quake. No one outside of Moratuwa reports any signs of the quake at all.

I guess that whoever or whatever is causing "the pattern" can control the weather, sheep, etc.

BTW, here are the Tornado videos:

Cool

Yeah I kind of remember that....whatever "the pattern" is...it looks like it can control lots of things....I think we are being introduced to the scope and effect of the pattern.

I wonder if this is an introduction to chaos theory...?

Hm. Check this out:

According to Wikipedia, and as Chibbie pointed out, Parkersburg had an encounter with an F5 hurricane on May 25, 2008.

Charles City, which is at the center of the Fibonacci spiral built within the Iowan golden rectangle, was hit by an F5 hurricane on May 15 1968, almost exactly 40 years prior. (also according to Wikipedia)

Not sure what to make of that, but it stands out a bit.

Did you mean HAARP, the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program? Yeah, "claimed by many to be involved in weather control."
http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/index.html

(I'm sure HARP is also an acronym for something else weird and wacky, but I forget what.)

haarp
Iowa

Cool

If it is Haarp then this moves in the direction of Nicholas Tesla's theories.
If and/or it is chaos theory then there is evidence that tornado theories involve fractal patterns which come from Fibonacci.

Well, right there is a 'pattern'.

I think we are going see a bunch of real-life theories mixed in with somethings that are at this point in time, 'science FICTION'. *note I said 'at this point in time'* heh.

nike tesla
more science

Cool

Yeah it will be a potpourri of stuff I'm sure. The Tesla stuff is interesting as that he discovered the high frequencies can start vibration in static objects.(earthquakes) He also found the large amounts of energy can affect weather. There 's a nine part series on you tube for those who don't know about Tesla...it's a movie..interesting.

My son was facinated by Tesla, I need to link him to the Fringe info...I'm sure he'd love it. He's very busy now though...still a student at the college he is also teaching at (Intro to Robotics).

Yes the tesla stuff is unbelievable once you get into the idea.
Here is how a HAARP transmission sounds

Just in case it comes up sometime.

This as well...haarp frequency
