thebruce.. can you point me to where you obtained the definition for Intrepus? I noticed it as well and searched high and low, coming up with a Romanian past participle for "intervene, mediate, intercede".

Latin seems much more likely than Romanian, but can you point me there anyway? Smile

Interesting. I actually attempted the Latin translation [after your post] in 6-7 engines and came up empty. Which is why I was interested in your source. Thanks Smile

OK, out there at http://eastereggs.fringetelevision.com/2008/10/fringe-episode-104-observers-notebook.html people wondering, what could it be for writings the Silent Observer makes in his notebook. Some signs look like Japanese characters, but it isn't Japanese. Also it isn't Korean (even if the waitress asks him about it).

I made here two pics with all Japanese signs I could find in the scribblings. I'm working on the writing now.
