[FRINGE]Episode 4 - The Arrival sorry if this has been started already, but I can't find it.
only thing I noticed so far was the guy with the black toboggan? it has the four dots from the kayak.

I would have made this thread, but being new here myself I didn't want to violate any posting principles. Unfortunately, we've missed two full days of post-show speculation and bouncing ideas off each other, just when the ARG finally seems to have begun in full earnest (players have started receiving emails). It's no coincidence that the MD emails were sent out one day after Fox officially confirmed that it was picking up the show for a full season. As for the easter eggs and hidden clues, I must confess that I was so engrossed in the plot of the last show that I missed almost everything under the surface, but I'll go back and rewatch the show on Fox.com keeping a sharper eye out for details this time.

I'm also tracking things on a wiki with the hopes that there will be tie-ins to the online extended reality at some point...

thebruce.. can you point me to where you obtained the definition for Intrepus? I noticed it as well and searched high and low, coming up with a Romanian past participle for "intervene, mediate, intercede".
Latin seems much more likely than Romanian, but can you point me there anyway?

Interesting. I actually attempted the Latin translation [after your post] in 6-7 engines and came up empty. Which is why I was interested in your source. Thanks

OK, out there at http://eastereggs.fringetelevision.com/2008/10/fringe-episode-104-observers-notebook.html people wondering, what could it be for writings the Silent Observer makes in his notebook. Some signs look like Japanese characters, but it isn't Japanese. Also it isn't Korean (even if the waitress asks him about it).
I made here two pics with all Japanese signs I could find in the scribblings. I'm working on the writing now.

Yes two weeks is a long time. I thought the Fringe makers, etc. would drop a clue somewhere or open a link on the MD site.
