1) I don't know either way about this yet...

2) Well, at least Caeser(Cassius) and Texel. "Texel ~ is also." would reference a third person as well... who were they looking for on IRC.... cloak_ may be the third?!

There isn't.

The prog I used to analyse it reported this (from the file header)

Format: "WAV: 16000 Hz, 256 kb/s (256/ch x 1 ch)"

File Size: 4,095 MB eh?

has anyone pondered why USH has a link to the real world site http://www.webmin.com/ ?
Just curious if this might mean something?

 		they link to sites like that to help give it the image of a real entity. Sort of how it mentions Windows and Linux, and how Cascade Vortex links to real mystery spots.

Maybe it is: poker, Red Queen, but I am so shocked by the sheer amount of information at the moment that I think we can't determine that it, in fact, is a reference to poker until we sort all of this s*** out somehow.
