It makes little sense for the "pizza is here" quote to be referring to the next user to post a file. After all, the quoted user wouldn't know he was there until he had uploaded the picture of the fire-breather! (backed up by the time stamping)

Just my 2 cents.

Well, I know that I'm personally going on the fact that the previous message says "Mello, you got it yet?", and then the pizza message is sent immediately after with "Yeah I got it."

But now I'm confused. If the message saying "ok, pizza's here!!" is referencing the fire-blowing picture, then why would the time-stamp be earlier? If he knew Pizza was here, then his timestamp would be later, eh?

Ok, I'll revise: maybe #7's (fire-breather) name is Domino?

I just noticed something, If the theory that "Mello" is "Pizza" is right (and I'm not 100% on that one yet), why have two names?

P I Z Z A
M E L L O

Same word structure?

Could this be the start of a substitution code?

Two things

First, the GENERATOR meta tag is just some HTML code that lets you know the program that the HTML page has been edited in. So, all of these pages were made with the Metacortechs HMTL page creation tool (available through a Underscorehosting account, as you see on their page). So, basically, anything that has this tag means it was created through this generator through Underscorehosting.

Note, however, that it is just HTML and can be edited after you create the HTML document (that's probably obvious, but I thought I'd mention it).

Also, I've been playing with the crossword. It looks like the words could turn out to be another hacker roll call answer. Couple of examples:

I am first in here.
Say again?
What the?
Well, lots of happiness.

or

Well, I am the first in here.
Say what again?
Lots of happiness.

Hey, that's good thinking. Substitution code is definetly a possibility... but it doesn't align. If it did, M = P and L = O, not Z. But maybe it's just all over the place.

With the Caesar Cypher Maybe, but you can do substitution without keeping the linear form.

But that still leaves the question of what it would apply to

We have to choose a line from texel's txt. "texel is here" is the line relevant in the txt because of the "annoying" clue. So it can be put as follows:

texel> texel is here.
fire eater> (posts a fire image)
fire eater> also.

I'm calling the hacker related to the fire pictures as "fire eater". That means fire eater wanted to say "fire eater also." (i.e. "I'm here also.") in reference to texel.

The rant by 'mello' implies he knows that "baker's dozen, and then some" have already arrived. Also, the author of the .lhp file seems to already know that mello is there when he asks "you got it yet?"

"Heya, Heya, Heya," - sounds like something a clown might say.

"dumb-o" - some kind of "street-speak" or a reference to a flying elephant?

just a random thought... maybe 'bakers dozen' is like the name of their crew.... but that would imply they are unplugged..

also... (which is contradictory to what i just said) but i think also. is saying little boxes is here also... both by the also.b (some have seen) and the little boxes in it....

so we should look for phillip in this?? (im not saying this because of metadex, cuz theyre clearly referring to her archives not people)...

#2 - .jpg

This bugs me A LOT: why is #2's (.jpg)'s mouth covered? Just to imply that he is "speaking" only virtually?
