 		i think there are more files as well..... are we 100% sure that carelessly is the only type of file hidden in that directory? .... maybe theres another 14 files w/ a diff name and same extensions? just a thought. but i like the idea of searching for longer extension names... however thats outta my league so... get to it!!! Very Happy

 		More clues! More clues!!
It just seems to me that there HAS to be more files there...

What, all but one file have only three letters in the extension? I can't believe that...

Besides, I like watching everyone else figuring out all the cool clues.

I've been following for about four days now and there is no way in hell that I could have pulled some of these things off, I'm just tryin' to help in any way I can.

So, any more files???

I needs me clues!

 		lol... we do have a plethora of clues... but just the referral to a bakers dozen before like 6 people show up makes me think he knew more were there...?

I brute forced carelessly.* filenames earlier today using a dictionary of over 15000 known file extensions. My script picked up all the ones we knew, plus about 5 new ones. I'm pretty sure we have all of them now, but who knows?

 		yeah but how did we know carelessly? wasnt it in the 'code' looking script in either the screen saver or flash intro to metacortex.com? ... didnt it also say like.. 'this.css.left.this.world.in.pain'?

 		How long was it before the PMs decided to change the "Et tu" image? If they see that we are content with the number of files, but there are still more, maybe they'll give us a clue?

It was nowhere near that. It was in the "Et tu" image on paintover. Those strings from the flash and the screensaver are my absolute favorite, and I can't wait to get to them, but I don't think it's time yet...

Well, someone else spotted it on IRC. I'm just dragging the news over here. This is strange, though. The filename is called 00001001.jpg. There is also a 00001001.gif, which is bigger in size and shows more of the file cabinet. Maybe there are more image types as well.
