I'm still at work, so I can't call for a long time.

But I also think this is one of those "hidden in plain sight" things for two reasons:

1. the page is named "blackout", which was a term used in WWII in the event of an air raid.

2. The person (Hale?) blacked-out

Maybe he needs to be awakened?

That pic is the pic Hale originally had in his locker.

He's having a flashback, maybe?

Also, in the clip before the blackout page, right after the lady says "you're going to be okay" she says something that's partially obscured... is she speaking German, or is she saying "please don't wait on him"?

but that picture was grabbed on the 11th of July, so it may be pointing to something on the 11th as someone said previously.

Nice thinking. You can hear someone flatline at the end of Project Abe before the Morse Code. If Hale is on the gurney and is having flashbacks then The Knife and helmet may be next according to the video.

Another thing. All of the men in the "Blackout" picture must be US Army. Hale was on his first tour to England according to Resistance: FOM. But then what is that thing in the left window? It cant be Chimera since Hale has never seen/fought them till July 11th, 1951.

Also, at the end of R:FOM Hale gets taken by a group of "Black Ops" and put on a VTOL and taken off to some unknown place.
Well they have a different symbol on their uniforms as shown in the attachment.

Yeah they are of the same "Triangle and star" root but theirs have a "tail" at the bottom. Dont know if its important.

Those are all great ideas. There certainly appears that something's in the window, but I can't pin it down to say what it is. And if those things are coming up next, I wonder how the word can be accessed through the window or the "plain sight" imagery.

Hmm... maybe I need a nap before I dig into this... I'll probably be written up or something, but forget work, this is important, dangit!

 		Finally got around to actually reading the magazine. This next quote was from the Senior Editor in regards to R2:

Listening to the Insomniac Games Podcast (The Full Moon Show), they mention that something connected might be at E3. At least that sounds like what they're hinting at.

 		So I figured I'd throw my hat in the ring here -- I read through what you guys have so far (kind of) and wanted to make sure y'all caught the morse code at the end of the video?

I'd love to say that I heard it, cracked it, and have a neat little sentence for everyone, but unfortunately i'm a.) not that bright, and b.) just woke up.

probably doesn't matter though, you guys probably already caught it.

 		We cracked it, and found out it said blackout leading us to projectabraham.com/blackout. I am curious what you think it says though.

I'll probably be way off-base for saying this, but I think that's what's happening.

-blackout is also an official suppression of information: Hale was officially MIA in the las resistance, and like Bauer22 said, was taken away in the VTOL... therefore his existence was "blacked-out".

-so, here goes the thing: what if that plane crashed and Hale was the sole survivor?

But where would that lead us, since in reality if that's what happened, they both lead to the events and the picture that we have... so is it the crossroads to both the literal crash and Hale blacking out?

Where would that lead us from here?

If it's a dream, what is it saying? If it's something "they" recovered from Hale, what does it mean other than he had that pic the whole time in the first resistance?

Rachel Parker (The one speaking in the video) states that Hale is KIA according to US Army but yet we see him being picked up by US Army Black Ops. In R2 Hale is with a group of other soldiers that are resistant to the virus. Its very likely that the Army is hiding them men from everyone (Including Parker and her army) and are using them as a last ditch effort to save the States, thus "Blacking out" his presence. He could had crash in the VTOL and Project Abe video is of his recovery but that would mean that the crash was over in the States since all the speaking characters have no British accents. One problem is that Cassie/ Starbuck/ The blond in the Project Abe video say "You're killing him!" which is a bit confusing since Hale (Or one of the other men resistant to the virus) are vital to The US Army's project and having one dead would be bad.

Also, Hale only took his knife and helmet with him when he went to battle. Now a course if /blackout is actually his flashback then it understandable. Also the Army could had went to his locker and took the picture and are examining it as part of the "Blackout" process.

I wonder if the "Intel" in the game would be involved in this? I'll look around to see if anyone has them online.

That makes sense, because

examining the picture as part of the "Blackout" process could suggest several things. The people in possession of Hale might be bringing the seven people to the scene perhaps, like I said earlier, if (big if) hale isn't in the picture That would suggest that the other seven would make up his squad... perhaps in the single-player campaign. Also to use his friends for ransom/leverage to work for them is feasible (as Hale wasn't exactly thrilled to go with them in the first place)

A more nefarious purpose would be if they were assassinating people like Hale (seeing that it's called project Abraham, the first name of Lincoln who was assassinated... and that Hale

in the first official clip) and perhaps the woman took the picture for the purpose of identifying them to contact them? I don't see how that would help Hale directly, but maybe she is relaying top-secret information to Hale's friends which would make-up the story for the eight-player co-op, but Hale isn't with them in the co-op, but they are willing to help because Hale is their friend.


... but that still leaves us with the "why" question both coming and going... Confused

I gotta get something to eat... brb in a little while.



Does anyone have any extra info on these guys? Names, company, anything?
