Port 23 is definitely blocked

Port 21 - FTP - is not, but the infex / contagion combo doesn't work. My son is a bit too hyper for me to check the rest right now Wink


how do i get that? what do i have to do to do what you guys are doing?

so maybe those numbers are cooridnates and thats where grisset is? iv mailed him back with some stuff and asking about the numbers so well see.

ps

i mailed thorne at the sametime i mailed griffen (week ago?) this has been his first response.

 		we keep seeing "Ingen Bio system ITC Control Telenet server"
but where the heck is it?

Agent Solon and Griffet are presumed CIA agents, as per the ITC Control log now.

You can scan ports by using a tool like this.
http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scanner/

I *strongly* recommend you target your scans to those that would be 'in game', just randomly portscanning is widely considered to be an attack and may get you kicked by your ISP

The easiest way to telnet or FTP, in the absense of a client, is to type telnet:\\ingenbio.com or ftp:\\ingenbio.com

 		if you use ftp://ingenbio.com/ in your browser you can actually load the page but nothing is there. If you try to go to a higher directory you get a prompt for a user name and password. Thoughts? Trouts? Very Happy

does contain a Z, which is typical (apparently) of Ubchi ciphers... so I'm thinking it is encryted. But, keyword is needed, and should any characters be removed before deciphering (like the brackets, not needed for the comic con date string)? Since there's also U and T in there, I think the result will contain another julian date, a gps (two periods= two numbers), and the russian.
The ubchi essentially is an anagram, ultimately... the original text is shifted around with a pattern depending on the keyword (see ubchi page).

 		belle, "contagion" is apparently the key to the decrypt... so, not sure where all the user/password stuff is to be used... but we just decoded the long mixed up string with russian.

I don't think the decrypted string has to do with the agents. I think the login thing might still be up in the air, if the password was just also used for this. That telnet thing is still bugging me Razz
