I've managed to tap the Applicant INTRAGEN adjuvant testing program. I can utilize their applicant voicemail system to communicate and monitor their own surveillance.

All messages will be encoded, so Griffin will think these are standard viral sequencing codes.

 		Hey guys, been lurking on this one for a bit, but I figured it was about time to jump in. First off, nice work so far. I'm not that great at the puzzles but I love the drama of it all. Now, back to Ingen.

There have been a ton of tweets over the past couple days. Seems to be an account from one of the soldiers/guards who raided Dr. Kendall's warehouse back in 1995. He's been infected and Griffin is running tests on him underground at Ingen.

Someone mentioned a page or two back that the game time may not be in the present. At first, that seems to be true as the account from this soldier (do we have enough info to identify him? I'm not sure) appears to be directly after the warehouse incident. However, waaaaay back when people first made contact with Thorne, he said the following:

1995 was *almost* 15 years ago. I think that latest batch of tweets is actually "historical." On the other hand, it might not matter too much if the stuff with this soldier is happening now or 15 years ago.

Anyone made anything of the time code? I must admit it makes no sense to me.

by making substitutions from the sudoku grid. We can obviously do the same for the rest of the code, but still not sure what it gets us. Did anyone ever email any of this to Thorne?
