I was really starting to enjoy some of the CF and puzzles based on food. The whole pre-BoL/SiD HoHo/Twinkie thing seemed kinda fun. Then we started seeing the Cupboard Castle. The Quest from Doritos just finished. I remember some time ago that Baskin Robbins had a puzzle trail using the API for Google maps.

So I'd like to see some ARG's based around food and drink. Chick-Fil-A could have some cows at various locations that would have a branded code. Steak & Shake could have the Golden Spatula with a bean crock hidden somewhere. The possibilities for White Castle could be enormous followed with a slider eating contest.

How about 'Hops', a mystery about a magical brew that causes drinkers to drift off to an etheral like state where the future of the universe revolves around the creation of a new beverage that induces wisdom, knowledge, and understanding of all things, sponsored by Anheuser-Busch with drops in the various affiliated amusement parks.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
BTW, excessive drinking is not condoned, but the effects are exactly as stated in the paragraph above.

w00t!!! thats some nostalgia for ya. suddenly the names 'goldar' 'rita repulsa' and 'ivan ooze' come to mind. and then the nostalgia dies down when memory of that crappy Power Rangers Turbo came out Sad the series pretty much failed at the point Turbo came out, IMO. Pre-turbo was still good.
though, the power rangers in-space megazord was pretty awesome, i didnt follow the storyline

Personally, "and then the nostalgia dies down" comes right before Ivan Ooze. But Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, Goldar and the rest... those were good times.

Heck I remember actually being surprised when the White Ranger's identity was revealed. How naive I was back then.

Yeah, and what pissed me off was that I loved the Red Ranger, and I was hoping he would be the White Ranger, and my brother loved the Green Ranger, and he wanted him to be the White Ranger.

Needless to say, even today, my 26 year old brother still rubs it in that his favorite guy was the white ranger, and that his favorite ranger could kick my favorite's ass Razz

The only reason I know anything of what you're talking about is because I have a seven year old son.

magnet0: Stella Artois did two almost-ARGs: the Sable & Shuck campaign, and then a micro-site with a bunch of cute flash games that told a story on the history of beer.

Heheh, sorry, should explain:

I Love Beer was a player spoof site of the I Love Bees website. We wrote our own beer-focused scripts and mimicked the chatter audio of the stuff that was played out over the payphones and unlocked on the website.

Stephen King's Kingdom Hospital

Frankly I just want ARG about/primarily set in a haunted hospital. And it was watching Kingdom Hospital that gave me that idea.

Good god, why can't I sleep...

I'm not entirely sure how it would work, but I'm all for Sherlock Holmes. I'm pretty sure somebody's done one based on a book. Lovecraft, too, and that's only a little more recently written.

After seeing the teaser bootleg from ComiCon, my vote goes to Tr2n (Tron 2). I would love to interact with a few programs. In this day and age, I could spend some time playing a Flash based LightCycles with one of the characters. Clues, access to unlock, a story before the story...
Oh, the possibilities...

It's called "every ARG ever"

Didn't you know Unfiction is the Collective Sherlock Holmes? Laughing
