I'll toss first the notion that the metaverse of Lovecraft is broad enough that one can tell a number of stories.

Thought I would chime in.

I agree with the cyberpunk/Steampunk suggestion. That could be a lot of fun. Add Firefly/Serenity to that as well.

Jack the Ripper/Serial Killer ARG is next on the list and then just because I'm curious how it could be pulled off - I'd love someone to come up with the Devil's Rejects ARG...with Captain Spaulding as the lovely host leading players through the twister world of psycho killers.

But - Dr Who, a kind of swords/sorcery style - magic is real style game. Or... something.

Something with IRL events (drops, meets etc.) that happen in the Midlands area of the UK. >.>

I would have loved to have seen the .hack ARG though.

Since Must Love Robots satisfied my love story / romance hope, time for a new one.

A musical ARG. I'm not talking a Year Zero-type ARG where the music is complemented by an engrossing story, I'm talking full out singing-and-dancing, pervasive storytelling. Bonus points if there's a flashmob thrown into the mix or if there's a capella.
