suspicious files?

I know this belongs in social OT, but nobody ever answers, in my C:/ directory there is a folder:

Archivos de programa,in that is:
Archivos comunes, theres a series of files in it, and an html document:

its called keystrokes, now, i checked it, its got all kinds of crap like my IM sessions from AIM, and some passwrods and crap, this is a bit odd, considering i didint ever see it before.

is this file supposed to be here? or even the folder for that matter?
im a bit freaked out cause im hoping its not a virus or anything, ive tried deleting it, but it just comes back with the same info on it.

help?

you really gotta watch out for those keyloggers, if someone was monitoring that, then they now have whatever you typed on your keyboard since it was infected.

yeah, thank God i didn't use any credit cards for a long while, that keylogger file couldnt have been there for more than 3 days, i would have seen it cause I've been looking at the C drive stuff for a week trying to delete useless files.
