São Paula needs help!

Hi Guys,
Sorry for the mass email

As you can see below, We're trying to come up with a labyrinth in São Paulo but I have to be honest....I CAN'T DO IT!!!!
By only looking at the link below of the square labyrinth I get dizzy.
So, I'm asking everyone. Help us do a labyrinth PRONTO so our friends can try it out this weekend.

The area we need is near Parque Villa Lobos, Sao Paulo.
I'm attaching a pic of what I got so far

Thanks everyone

Hello Larissa, Hello Soso,

We are VERY excited to have a labyrinth team ready in São Paulo! Thank
you for coordinating this important mission.

The design you have sent does not appear to resemble a traditional
labyrinth shape. There are a few key attributes that our designs MUST
follow.

The main requirement is that the center is surrounded by rings of
winding paths. The design you have sent is zig-zag. It is not a series
of rings that go all the way around the center.

Compare it to this square labyrinth, which I believe you COULD do in
the streets of São Paulo. Do you see how the circuits go all the way
around the center like a ring?

Yours doesn't have to have as MANY circuits (or rings), it needs a minimum of 3.

I hope that helps, I look forward to seeing another design from Team São Paulo!

Sincerely yours,

Eli Hunt

Attached is the proposal that Eli rejected. I sent Larissa a stab at a crappy three-circuit labyrinth, but I'm sure that she and the others in São Paula would appreciate any input from our more experienced labyrinth designers.

Sao Paulo was one of the very first labyrinths discussed here on uF in this thread .

What was the problem with the last design that was suggested there?

No idea. Maybe no one ever submitted it. I know only that Eli has rejected two proposals, and that the second rejection is the one I attached above; I don't know what the first proposal looked like.

I've written to her and asked how big (i.e. long) the labyrinth should be and if there are any areas in the city she prefers ...

Didn't they have trackstick problems in that first location? Signal interferance or something to do with an airport? I think someone describes a failed attempt over at Larissa's forum.

I'm form Brazil too, and yes, they have problems with interference in some tests.
Now they are trying to do in some big square, but still need
Labyrinth projects.
