July 15th Screening Meetups
Find movie mates here!

If you got your IMAX tickets via http://whysoserious.com/kickingandscreening and want to meet up with other Unfictioners, leave a note and maybe members can do some pre-show shenanigans.

I'll be in Houston, anyone joining me?

I log on........

and i tried to catch up with the puzzle....

and then i get to the sight

and i'm super excited and then low and behold

all the tickets are already gone......

What the Heck?!?!?!?!

that was super quick
assuming that the theaters that the screenings are being held in are over 200 seats

this is crazy

I know. I got on last night about 10 minutes after 11 and the only close showing was all ready 'sold out.' I feel your pain. Sad

It would be real hard. You had to give a name to put the ticket under and have to show ID at the door.

I'll be at the LA one wearing my bat cape. Was 196 out of 204, barely made it.

SyrupHorder, happen to have an extra ticket? I live like 20 minutes away from the P-Mall, but I had college orientation from the 10th to the 11th, so I missed out on the tickets, which sucks! Anyone willing to take an avid fan? And how many tickets were being given away for the West Nyack showing?

I was in the same situation. Worst yet, I'm in Vancouver, Canada, and the nearest screening for me was Seattle... but I WAS WILLING TO PAY THE GAS TO GET DOWN THERE.. Sad

So disappointed. I've still got midnight tickets, but it won't be the same.... Plus... think about all the swag and loot that those at official screenings will get... I wouldn't be surprised if they had a mini-game there...

DRAT@!

Wasn't aware of that.

No matter... the nearest IMAX theater playing it is 250 miles away.

Hehe, I'm going the 350 miles from New Orleans to Houston to see it. XD And to anyone going there too, be sure to say Hi! I'll be the bouncy idiot in the Harley costume.
