AND A TRANSLATION! (or an attempt at one--this one's certainly tougher)

La geatletoj numbris pli ol dumil kvincent kvardek. Vetkuradoj kaj provoj - komencu!
1920 antwerpo miro gi estas. [La sumo de sportoj estas atesto al homa ludemeco kaj Inventemeco. (End of second text line)]
Mi sentas fieron kiam la samlandaj atletoj konkuras. Gxi estas kiel monumentan ondon ke tra mia koro fluas. (end of line 3)

The athletes numbered more than 2540. [Running and testing--begin!
1920 Antwerp wonder it is. The sum of sports is a testimony to human ability and creativity.]
I feel pride when the athletes of the same land come together. It is as a momumental wave that flows through my heart.

The stuff in brackets (meaning half of the inscription @_@) is unsure. I'll be more certain when we get a panorama up here. Then we can also come up with the sixth ring! WOO GO TEAM AGONOTHETAI

Here's a panorama picture of the inside of the ring. The quality is really bad, I will upload the high resolution photos on Flickr later and some videos too and will tell you about everything that happened but now I'm really tired since we also did the omphalabyrinth and I only slept 3 hours the night before xD
Please don't post this anywhere else;Diego asked me not to tell anything yet.

Great job!!!

When you get the chance, tell us which parts of the ring message fall between the sections marked "LA RINGA SESA" in the Baudot code...

And what color is this?

Looks green to me.

And you can tell the "sixth ring" section ends with
KVARDEK VETKURADOJ |
ESTAS LA SUMO DE SPORTOJ |
MONUMENTAN ONDON KE TRA |

because you can see "SESA" above Vetkuradoj, and you can see the Perdito above "Provoj" on the first line.
Remember, the Perdito looks like an M, and the Sesa looks like a line on the top, with a colon at the end.

I can also see the SESA above Kvardek, but I can't tell if it is above the CENT part.

The color is green.
I will check the code as soon as I can, the thing is I am not familiared with it so it may take me a while.

EDIT: It was easier than I thought. Sapagoo is right, that's the fragment and it doesn't include the CENT part but it includes the K from KAJ, I think. I don't know if that's important.

The ring was in a toilet cabin.. not IN the toilet itself.
Here are some photos I uploaded in Flickr.
I'll upload some videos later and tell everyone everything that happened yesterday but Diego told me to wait, so I'll do it when he tells me.

Great job, guys! So someone went to the washroom and it was just hanging on the back of the stall door like that? That's wild! I guess it didn't come with a stand like some of the other rings have, huh?
