What if, after some amount of time, one of the eyes that comes up will be one that none of us submitted, and it leads to something else?

Just found out that stripperguy wasn't Steve's way of illustrating that ARGs don't all have to have brunette heroines in need of aid.

Sent in my eye. Called the number. Finally registered here!

And the guy on the phone is definitely a hammy actor. He says September 8th he will be back on the boards, but by my count, the countdown on the site is going until September 1st.

According to the Archives site, the current exhibit (staff favorites from the collection) is running until 10/15, and there are no events on either 9/1 or 9/8. The larger SAAM site also has no events happening on either 9/1 or 9/8.

On the larger front, in DC in general there is a single walking tour on the schedule for 9/8, and GW University is having auditions for their production of The Skin of Our Teeth, which isn't even remotely Shakespearean.

Bummer, mine still isn't up yet, and I sent it a while ago. Oh well, sent it again. And I did get up the nerve to call the number. So we'll see.

Update: Second time did the trick. It's up now!

Sent mine in and gave the number ring.

Shakespeare does seem to play a big part but the spacing doesn't seem really innocent to me.

EDIT: Mine is already up. That's pretty quick.
