 		It's a hoax... that radio station has been in business for years, I found an archived version of their site on the Internet Archives, this is from 2007.

The text is a little messed up since the Internet Archives didn't archive the backgrounds properly, but if you select the entier page you can read it.

Plus I doubt Bungie, or any professional web developer would use Yahoo SiteBuilder to build a website of such importance...

I completely agree...but I still wonder what it's counting down to????

a sun - black, but shining - and the creatures that inched along its fiery
tracks.

It is an increasingly unpleasant memory.

Anyone seen this yet? I noticed that the count down was counting to July 17, coincidentally the last day of E3 and then the date was pushed back. I check today and now there's a new message and another count down. Could the pushing back of the date be related to microsoft nixing Bungie's E3 announcement of something Halo-related? Now the countdown might point to the later date of the announcement? Any thoughts?

Ok folks, I'm going to go through this slowly. Both "articles" are now more than 8 years old. We Bungie fans liked them when they were called the Cortana Letters.

The ILB part is just shamelessly ripped off.

It's a prank and not even a good one.
