Well, you told me to look up the quote at top......I guess I took that to mean translate it... so for everyone else, it's just who's quote that is. Then good luck putting information into whatever it is that someone made<---- how's that for obscure hint? lol

I am supposed to be outside, helping cut down trees with hubby. I can't decide which is worse, this stuff or cutting wood......they both seem very evil to me.

Darn it...help!!!

Tried over the weekend to do this one alone. Failed, too dumb.

I am on the "banners" or "signatures" page.
I noticed there are 6 different sigs.
1. The "Beacons of Light" (not Twinkies) is shown twice.
2. "Shadow in Darkness" with a light grey hue to it.
3. "Shadow in Darkness" without the light grey hue.
4. Ho Hos
5. Twinkies
6. Shade of Grey

I looked at and listed ALL of the screen names that have adopted one of the above listed sigs. Seems almost everybody has one. Who originated the original sigs? (retorical question)

The hint says "this looks easy...and it is". I think it is not or I am over thinking it? Probably.

I don't know...I need help.

Yes, you are overthinking it (like I did) but then this will help
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
they aren't called "banners" or "signatures"
or this
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
find the post where the person who designed them posted them for their name

Totally not understanding this.

Well, actually, Pancito PM'd me saying "Here, you inspired this, and Alisdairpark could use some help". I was like, "WTF", and kinda blew it off, but now I'm getting it.

What is this? It's clearly a URL changing game, but are they various people's avatars? I'm confused >_<

If you look at someones profile and they have one of this images it will be under "signatures" If they are not banners or signatures what are they called...just so I have the correct verbage. Will that give away too much of the answer to this puzzle?

I have a feeling I'm going to waste spend another couple of days scrolling through hundreds of postings looking for some reference to a graphic artist(s) who made this images. Oh boy fun. *sarcasim*. I assume the postings will be in a Pastry Wars related thread?

Laughing Laughing and you were supposed to help me? tee hee. Basically solve the puzzles, which use our avatars in various novel ways including math, ciphers etc. and as you say change the url.

You're very close, just put the pieces together...

Mavado, I'd agree the forum scrolling does become a pain, but they are in there somewhere...

Do you remember the last meltdown that I had? This could send me into another, quickly. Close! Read it again! Almost! Keep trying! The question was: WHERE do I put the stuff that I am "close" on. After three days of looking at same puzzle, I don't want to hear "close", ok? thanks.
