I think I was on the wrong trail:
MVI stands for Music Video Interactive, a DVD based means of packing audio, video and interactive visual content, (source: http://encyclopedia.thefreedictionary.com/mvi ) so the picture is probably a freeze frame from one of his videos, perhaps the numbers represent that frame when translated to .jpg? I'm not sure but I am now leaning towards the idea that the description is just a random or system generated file name. Probably means nothing. Sorry for the wasted post.

Got the email, got intrigued..
but I really don't see how the new video involves us in our cities, unless we are supposed to go out and kill a hooker. Laughing

I think I'm still the only Pittsburgh kid involved, so I might be on my own here. Still excited, but still confused.

I tried calling the hotline twice the day before yesterday and the first time I got a busy signal and the second time i got a busy message. I haven't tried it since.
