 		I just saw a television commercial talking about how non-humans had escaped from District Nine and directing me to the d-9.com website, so I think that whatever is going on, this is still kind of active.

 		I received an email advertising "The New District 9 MNU Alert Game". The pictures in the email make it look like an online game made to advertise the movie. I hope that's not all this was leading up to the whole time!

There seems to be some alien language to decode on the top right hand corner of that page I've gotten

I scaled the key down in photoshop and by verlaying the withe text from the site on the black text of the scaled down key i get

im not sure if you guys remember back when the halo movie was announced, there was a short on Youtube.com that blomkamp made, i think it that short has the answer, showed aliens in africa being mistreated by humans and what not, i think its something worth looking at, ill have to go back and re look it up, but it should be under halo movie or similiar links

 		Hey, on D-9.com sightings page, there is a message, not really a sighting from Comic Con, stating there will be a fan screening of the movie. It says to check the twitter and facebook pages for ticket info. I have called in about 4 sightings for my area, and I haven't seen any loaded up yet.

No mention there about tickets, unless the D-9 site meant admission to Comic-Con itself.

my guess is that you mean Alive in Joburg (2005)

 		This is actually quite interesting. Its reminding me a lot of the whole Cloverfield thing where this fictional global issue is portrayed as real through a viral marketing campaign.

monstrous, i was part of the cloverfield arg as well as you. its was great. hopefully this is as good as that one =]

 		Hi guys I'm new here, I found out about d9 from the halo series.
Finally got through all 30 pages =)
I tried running QD- V- WXPPC VTG through a rot decoder, no luck so far.
Just a thought, but maybe it might be a human/non-human access code? I'll be testing it later.

Edit: Its not an access code :/

I really like this idea... too bad I'm absolutely awful at everything that is a computer game or video game. I hope someone is better than me and can try this theory out, hahah.
