 		For those of you who are unable (or too lazy) to read this log, I'll summarize it.
Basically, our Fragmin seems to be a sort of intelligent jellyfish that lives in a different world from us-- an 'alternate reality', as it were. His world and our world share the same internet, so we can talk through there.
In a month, there are going to be elections taking place in his world-- although it's not really an election, since everyone already knows who will win. When this person wins, they plan to put in place this certain law that will affect both our world and Fragmin's world.
He will tell us exactly what this law is, but not until his forums are up-- which should be in about a week.

 		fragmin won't work through email.. he sent me to www.irc.chat-solutions.com, which is under construction. And unfiction chat's applet fails every time I try to load it. any suggestions? or do I just wait for the forum?

 		I've been commenting on a few of his blog posts. Idk, trying to help him understand stuff to build trust so he'll tell us things.

EDIT: I just noticed that it seems like someone else is reading it off to him, eyephone? eyearesee? Noone types it like that, so the only way he could have picked that up is someone is reading it to him, I posted a comment asking about it, We'll see what happens.
EDIT: Why do I get this Borat-ish vibe from him...Like I could see in one of his posts he's like VERY 'NICE'

And, Cowbell, the 'Cult of Blue Oysters' needs more of your kind. If you want to know more look on 'yourtubes' for 'Need more Cowbell'. I think they said that on the weekly show 'Saturday Night Lives'.'


Um, he mixed up my name, (my aim has cowb4n3 he said cowbell, w.e) and yeah, new post.
EDIT: Lol at Cult of Blue Oysters, I was like what the hell is that for a bit, but then relized, Blue Oyster Cult, of Don't fear the Reaper.

 		I just tried to check if he has a youtube account, and so far nothing, figured he said he was on youtube now, so maybe he would show.

EDIT: His profile info has also changed.
The law is about the internet, like something going to happen with the internet

 		Also, the reason he was saying that people are in fear or w.e, was because I tried to clarify that it was a joke, and that it's making fun of the song "don't fear the reaper"
