The fifth ring search is on! Here James' email and the mp3, as well as a transcription.

Edit:

Porto is omphalos 7
Syra is omphalos 9
Da Lat is omphalos 8

 		In order to listen to the code part more closely, I dumped the mp3 into Audacity, stripped out the background noise and rearranged the two repeats to put each bit together.

Theo has been moving them around to Theo agents. Otherwise there would be no need for the video confirmation.

Well... according to James we need a level 5 member for the ring in BA too but we are going to steal it Wink
Maybe the people in the US will have to do the same.

We asked him if he was 5th level, if theoc79843@ mailexpire.com was correct, and "wtf diloo?".

So it sounds like mailexpire isn't the way to go.
And if TheO / Theoc isn't right, maybe it's TheOp (the first 2 syllables of TheOpposition). Maybe it's TheOp79843SPLATgmail.com.
(which is still silly, cause I've never thought of gmail as being a "standard anonymized transporter email format"
