So Brown knows something about what's happening in Europe, but "can't say". I wonder... if we keep him alive, will he tell us more later?

Yup, my first time...

Since the same company is doing this one, be prepared for anything.

Or, he gets dosed up, and in some sort of unconcious state starts blurting details he would never have said if he was aware...

How did you find it? I had a look through the clippings - the baseball one stands out as being a little irrelevant at first glance...

I looked at the new pamphlet and after I finished reading it the phrase "America First America Only" was just ringing through my head. So I went back to the pamphlet and re-read it and realized that it's not only in the header, but it's quoted, so it has to have some level of importance. From there I just did a google, which was fruitless, then I tacked on .org/.com/etc. at the end of the phrase and, voila.

You little Sherlock you.

I have my moments.

This moment, however, is one I must use to get ready for work.

I'm glad that in the 20-or-so minutes I could dedicate to this I made a discovery, hahaha.

So the sound of the press machine sounds like Morse code to me. They have used Morse code two times already, maybe a third?

It doesn't sound like Morse to me. It sounds to be on a loop...

If you listen there are two specific sounds and they are not alternating consistently. Is there a program that slows down audio? Klind I think you said you slowed the Blackout message right? If I can record and then play back slower....might make a message

Based on the pamphlet, talking about San Diego and be on the lookout for this emblem, I'd say people attending Comic-Con should maybe be looking for it.

I've been prepared to search Comic-Con for anything Resistance related... now I have something specific to look out for.

I wouldn't be surprised to find copies of the Alliance Newsletter there.

The guy on the far right in the picture of all seven men stood together looks like he's holding a picture of something else.

Anyone think that TAFAA is based in illinois? got a news clipping from the sports section about the Chicago Cubs.

ETA: Actually it looks like in the R2 universe it is the "Illinois Cubs" and the "Brooklyn Yankees" *sheesh*

I wonder if there is any significance to the fact that they are named Illinois and Brooklyn instead of Chcago and New York.

A lot of mention of numbers as well. There is a 4, 3, 12, and 2....then again...baseball is nothing if not a whole lot of numbers to memorize.

Someone else mentioned it already...but it sounds like a good idea to suspect that the AAA are stationed in Illionois. If the board is at the AAA headquarters, the clipping has "Go Cubbies" in it and that sort commentary you would expect from a local paper.

So, I posted this before but now I have a screenshot. Think these numbers mean anything?

Chicago is one of the main battlegrounds in Resistance 2. I've already seen gameplay footage. I'd imagine that's the ARG-to-game connection, and with that clipping, it makes sense that the AAA might be located there. I'm guessing the "Illinois Cubs" and "Brooklyn Yankees" is a trademark issue.

With the votees (didn't big brother just start up again in the states too? eerie) i'm thinking that we'd need Brown and Danby for their relative expertise (also i kinda love Danby) so i'm voting Oster, despite possible violent outbreaks

So in the Caelli injection film 3 of 3....

When Capelli mutters "Bitch"...the nurse turns around and says "say What, Corporal?" isn't Capelli a private?

An eye for an eye

Peter Rassmussen's death was perceived as "revenge", but what did they do in the first place to incite such a response? The robbery of weapons and food? It also lists that they should avenge his death...

Who is Rassumssen and why does that sound familiar? I know of a Peter Rasmussen the Jazz band leader of the 50's, but that may not apply here.

Here we go again with more double letter names. But not they have 4 S's. This has to mean something.

I'll make a list of all Double Letter names

From PopTech
Chad Evverest
Fort Greeley
Eunice Montebankke

From Project Abe
Cassandra Aklin PhD
Glenn Khaner
Joseph Capelli
Channing Brown
Frank Gennaro
Kenneth Danby
Paul Rivvelle
George M. Trantonn

From AFAO
Peter Rassmussen
Jake Tavaresse
Daggett's Army (Thanks Sirpoins and Sometallusjinks)

So we got VVEEKKSSNNLNNNNNNSSSSGGTTVVLLNN or VEKSNLNNNSSGTVLN as our repeated letters. Did I miss any?
