 		[R2] Project Abraham? - USB from Comic-con
Is this a game/movie/tvshow?
My daughter and I got these USB thingies while in line for BSG panel (well, we were in line for Fringe, but had to get into Ballroom 20 early), and it led us to a merry chase with a world set in 1950 and some experiments being done on soldiers. Very creepy. Katee S. is seen in vid/film clips in the 'movie' portions.

Anyone??

Not sure how to spell her last name, she's the actress from Battlestar Galactica, was also the 'first bionic woman' on the defunct tvshow.

Sackoff? is that her name?

Yep, it was fun staying up till this morning clicking and reading...tons of detail.

Dang it! I wanted it to be a movie/tvshow. Well, our renter/friend in back (we have a studio apt we rent out) has the PS3, so now I know what my daughter (20 yr old Ewok) will want to get next!

The the USB looks like a necklace and came in a little brown envelope, with oldfashioned typed lettering that said PROJECT ABRAHAM.

If you haven't followed the links, do so...it's got a really cool creep factor in how it incorporates you into the game.

Naw, being old enough to know all Star Trek references, it feels much different. Felt to me like a 'flash back' to an old 'x-files' type thing...experiments on military installations, secret government coverups that sort of thing.

I like the way they get us involved....have US make the decision of 'who's next' so the tender hearted doc (Katee) doesn't have to! *shudder*

 		It's not too far into the story line yet, so you have plenty of time to join.

Basically, soldiers signed into this study, which is basically to get vaccines to the Chimera virus, the basic plot of Resistance 1. Everybody votes who gets injected. So far it's been 1 resulting in a casualty and 1 resulting in a coma.

Can I just say - JEALOUS! I was already in Ballroom 20 when these were being handed out, trying to move up in the room (I was in the very back row for the BSG panel just prior) when I overheard a guy in the row ahead of me talking about this cool flashdrive - of course I asked to see it and it was the one you and your daughter got. I immediately ran outside to see if I could get one myself, but no go - no sign of them.

Sad is me Sad But happily, the guy who *did* get one lent it to me to get the files and pics Smile

There was nothing new on the drive for those of us already playing, but a BADASS intro into the game for the new folks like yourself! Seems to have done it's job - welcome to GAWJ and Unfiction Smile

 		Phone Call? I just got a phone call for this! It was so cool, but yeah.

It was from Doc Kathy, She said she couldn't send them to there death, She didn't want to be where she was and it smelled like dead, She couldn't send them to their death by herself and she wanted me to.

I really should have started write it down but she talk in fast.

So doesn't look like i will be calling her back..

Not sure where else to post it.. So here we go.
