 		Doesn't seem to fit any simple ciphers. Thought it looked like a unix timestamp but that gives Thursday, October 6th 1977, 2:07:14 (GMT) and I don't see anything significant about that date. damn.

There is an ICQ account with this number, belongs to a person calls himself Bozu ( first and last name) - no further info is submitted in there.
afaik itīs japanese for "monk" or "priest".
He hasnīt been online till now. But I IMīed him asking if "life imitates art imitates life" said anything to him. Waiting for reply now.
