Sydney. There's also a British Airways Flight 15 from Heathrow to Sydney.

Based on on the facebook images this is what (somewhat) comes out of the RED FONT Runes in the picture:

S(e)EREMTMTLERML
MELAERMTLMTLARK

If we translate that to Rune numbers according to the Uthark we get:

15/18/4/18/19/16/19/16/20/18/4/19/20
19/18/20/3/18/4/19/16/20/3/4/5

Tested those as Latitude/Longitude at Google maps, but ended up somewhere on the border of Mali and Niger in Africa. Also not sure how those numbers can add up to being the KEY so I'm still rather set on returning to the initial messages, the website and avoid complex thinking.

MT seems to be repeated a lot. I believe that was covered. Maybe ROT?

Great reference post. No reason to make any other threads right now (while this is still in N&R).

You could always request a wiki over at Despoiler if you want a place to keep track of timelines, sites, character information and puzzle solves.

Or maybe get The Bruce involved? He'd be a great asset to this =P

You could beat me with a stick and you'd still get a blank stare.
It's nearly 2AM, definitely time to sleep. Maybe looking at everything with a fresh mind in the morning will help.
Hope this won't die while I'm in La-la land. Razz

New E-Mail

Good morning everyone,
Eleanor sent another e-mail.

Quote:
I am so worried. I haven't received any news from mikes yet. We split in London, he was supposed to catch my trail over Craiglist…

My English is not that good; I will do my best friend. I have sent you all the clues Adam left me. I am a bioanthropologist, Adam is my tutor, but I will give you theses details when we have more time.

So, the first clue was this note:

"A2D4EA231D7DA873908A222FB9B380E9
0965D161AB030944AF5248411EAF244B
C2E777705D90A58D0B184864FCF8206B
CE6A9E3C4689E8542826FE60619AD262
89C0C27457005B494DB4E8E14170CBD5
360217B73D2194FE3250872E30A13445

Challenge the Uthark theory, go back to the source"

The note was encrypted by Mike, he told me he used a blowfish encryption but only Adam knew the key. Is there any online decryption tool I can try to decipher a blowfish encryption? I have a pretty good idea what he meant as for "going back to the source", the origin of Uthark, but I lack the technical knowledge to decipher it. He probably thought Mike would still be with me.

The next one was a picture of New Zealand with the word 'sc-47734' behind it. Before everything went downward, Adam was working on artifact he just received from New Zealand, but I have no clue what SC-47734 mean. If Adam left me the clue, it must be something I should understand as a bioanthropologist…

I was contacted by someone named Anashel. He told me you sent him, I was a little bit surprised. I am going to meet him this afternoon. I hope I can trust you…

Yours sincerely,
Eleanora Plante

So... *sips coffee*... The origin of Uthark hm?

Edit1: Going to wiki the 'origin of Uthark'. Also suspect it may be the source-code of a page since this technique was used once before.

The source of the Uthark theory - wouldn't that be the Futhark theory? Clear as mud to me...

The only thing that comes up when you google "sc-47734" (apart from this thread) is the catalogue number for Polycystin-2 antibody, bred in mice. When the Polycystin-2 protein is mutated, it results in autosomal dominant kidney disease. Which seems plausible, seeing as she's a bioanthropologist.

Unfortunately, the only even remotely related thing I've found is this article on using New Zealand white rabbits to model the disease. So... seems kind of like a dead end. The local area codes are completely different, "New Zealand kidney disease" brings up way too many things, and I have no idea what on earth could be meant by "artifact".

But more to the point, shouldn't you be trying to dissuade her from meeting with this shadowy Anashel figure? Who is he anyway?!

Apparently incorrect since 'Futhark' is not the correct 7-digit key. Considering there's a picture up of Sigurd Agrell (founder of the Uthark Theory) on the Facebook profile I believe he may be the source. Currently in the process to check if there's any meta on the picture.

The white rabbit kidney disease article may actually be plausible considering the fact that the ICON for B-TYC looks like a yellow rabbit. Perhaps there's a link after all.

Already done.
Anashel is the one who posted the initial message. They have a youtube account. So far googling hasn't brought up further information.

There's the triangle: Eleanor - Mike - Adam
And there's the outsider: Anashel.

And something tells me there's going to be one name less pretty soon.

SC47734 is seven letters/digits by the way. Smile

Was "Futhark" as a word tried as well as the digits 2412345 (Futhark converted using the Uthark theory)?

Yeah I saw bunny.png (interestingly, the site has it labelled as bunny.gif, but it's definitely a PNG file) and thought it might be related, but it just doesn't seem to make any sense in context...

Whew. Though now that you mention it, Anashel looks like the PM. So maybe she should meet him.

xD yeah, one of the first things I tried when that picture popped up. No luck unfortunately.

I decided to focus more on the Facebook album and let it guide me through wikipedia. Frankly it starts with:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uthark - The Uthark Theory (There's also a picture of Sigurd Agrell on the Facebook profile)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Runic_alphabet - Futhark

Then in the Futhark article there is:

That is also uploaded on the facebook profile.
The Main article for this is: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elder_Futhark

The document itself is from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codex_Runicus

I haven't been able to retreive the Futhark wheel picture on the facebook profile yet though...

Nevertheless, although the above all looks nice, neat and plausible I have no clue what to do with it.

Yes. If you would like to try some codes google BlowFish Decoder and download the Crypto program.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Most plausible thus far: This is giving me an headache, and I'm starting to feel like an absolute (blind) moron. x_x

Nice work. Thanks for the effort.
All of them can easily be linked with one another through Freemasonry a.o. (Uthark Theory > Madam Blavatsky > Nazi's > Thule Geselshaft > Ultima Thule > Hollow Earth Theory > Evolution > Aryan Thule).

On another note: Mr. Whitebeard does look familiar somehow. I'll look into it. Meanwhile I'm still trying to crack the code.

Found him:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guido_von_List

And the Runic Circle picture on Facebook is definitely the Armanen Futhark: only 18 rune.
