Got an email back from Michael:
Quote:
Hello.
My name is Michael, as you have discovered.
And, I do agree, I am in quite the predicament.
I don't have a choice. I signed up, because I probably would have been killed if I haven't.
I don't know how you can help me.
The others involved? They were all involved in that Incident. And, even though I was never there, it seems they all think I was.
And therefore I think they also blame me.
I don't know how you can help me, as I have said... But if you can, please do.
I'm working on the cipher too. It's not ROT, base64, or atbash. I am guessing it's a Vigenere, but I'm not sure.

I'm guessing...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1) It's a domain
2) It's Vigenere.
Using the vigenere decryptor and a five character key starting with "help", I get "fun...com"
Anyone have any ideas?
Coincidence? The bolded letters written out are "nniesingm" if that helps.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I am sure it's a Viginere and that the first word is help or hello
But haven't been able to get the rest of it yet.

I just got that too.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It looks like the key is "the liar". To make it work you have to include the periods in the decryption which will take up a letter of the key. So, I got it to work using "theliarthelirtheliarhel" as the key. Notice the missing "a" which represents the first dot, and the missing "t" towards the end for the second dot.

I second that motion. Very good work! So what do we know about the 5? I've asked the host for information on the 5 of them.
He's very speedy with replies.

I don't see why not. At least our Host would know for certain that we found it. Because we all know that PM's don't read the forums.....lol

Damn, I was researching the time difference, as it is about 12:30 for me right now(12:24)(I'm EST, living in NJ), and like 9:24 over there. See -3 on the bottom panel of the map:
