"Reptisaurus"[2008]!!
Comics To Film!!

Here's a really fun looking new film project. It's based on an old short lived Charlton comic book series named "Reptisaurus, The Terrible" that started out [for only the first 2 issues] as an adaption of the 'Reptilicus' movie. It's the directorial debut of Chris Ray, the son of b-movie master Fred Olen Ray. It's a low-budget feature, but has looked better and better as production moves along. It is now in post with 'Voreville' working on the spfx. It should see a release soon enough. Here's a scoop on it with pics: http://roberthood.net/blog/index.php/2008/02/07/new-reptisaurus/ and here's a newer rendition of the creature in flight: http://robojapan.blogspot.com/2008/03/cool-new-image-of-reptisaurus.html and the poster: http://robojapan.blogspot.com/2008/05/new-reptisaurus-poster-art.html and official website with trailer: http://reptisaurus.com/ Cool huh?? Cool

Meh...looks kind of uninteresting, not to mention uber-bland. Though, it's possible that my senses have been spoiled by Cloverfield and now will except no less.

HUH??

Well, Asylum may end up buying it=who knows?? It wasn't made by them though. It's just a low-budget b-movie and doesn't pretend to be 'Cloverfield' or anything but what it is. God love it for that. Not all giant monster movies are gonna look like 'Cloverfield' or 'Outlander', but that doesn't mean that they won't be fun in their own little way. Wink

Are you serious? You REALLY think this film looks good?!

That trailer was a PIECE OF CRAP and in no way can it relate to cloverfield.
