This solver works fairly well. As an example of how to enter the information see example below. I made this for the game Eldrith Errors; copy and paste into the text field exactly the way it is written below.
I came across your site in my search for solvers. Thanks for posting. I comma seperated our numbers and entered them into the solver but it came back with several errors.
I might have to go back and check the numbers for errors in spacing. I'm attaching the comma seperated file and the error log.
I guess this is because this (and most other) solvers assume black and white images.
e.g.
13,11,1,44 is interpreted as 13 black fields, unknown - but at least one - white inbetween, 11 black fields, ...
Our puzzle has colors, which means that there could be no space between 13 and 11.

I tried to run the solver... and it crashed Firefox.

I'm doing this by hand and I'm reasonably sure it's a portrait of Martin Lurther King Jr. with some red and blue decorations on the sides of him.
the top 20 or so rows look like a hairline and the bottom rows with the big black numbers i assume to be his shoulder area.
i'll do some of the middle numbers to see if i get a face
EDIT: ya its squirrelly in the middle but I'll say it looks like a neck and mouth from ag4

Since we figured the clue was for a statue of MLK, Jr - then this would be the confirmation of it. There must be a statue in the park.
Good teamwork, gang! Now to confirm our agents available for the pickup (and documentation of said meet).

I've been lurking on the sidelines, watching in amazement the great work all of you are doing.
I think I finally have something to contribute. Well, two somethings.
Here's a link to a picture of the the statue of Martin Luther King Jr. in Lincoln Park, Albany. Tomorrow I'll try to do some research on the monument itself.
Taking a closer look at the circulatory system image on http://13lights.org/ and comparing it to the GoogleBook version; page 456 in case that's important (the gif is entitled "page"), it seems as though a paragraph has been added. I've attached an image with the section circled. The best that I can make it out to read is (question marks are where I have no clue):
Quote:
Studies have shown that the introduction of ?lva? into the human circulatory system consistently results in inexplicable changes in the human circulatory system. These ??? have not been sufficiently studied.
Description
The circled section doesn't appear in the original text.

I'm pretty sure it says "Alva" and the second word you couldn't understand is "changes". Not 100% sure, though.

Nice catch; I noted the difference but dismissed it as just a different printing of the book. Didn't make out the word 'Alva'.

The other part is good stuff. If definitely looks like the word Alva if you zoom in a lot. The ??? word i couldn't make out even at mega magnification

Half Finished This is halfway through the grid puzzle. Its definitely a portrait. Its gets a little more complicated where i stopped, but I stopped 90% because i dont have a pencil sharpener and I was tired of sharpening my peach and black pencils with a knife lol. Ill try to finish tomorrow. I know its hard to see the "grey" but it makes up the eyes and ear parts....so far no mouth looks odd to me. we'll see how it finishes. if anyone gets it before then, grats! good hard work
actually after staring at it for a bit, im thinking (maybe im just looking at it wrong) but thats literally only half (and thats when the last few grid parts are filled in that i dont have colored), and i dont think theres much more to his face in the picture. Maybe something on the right side? maybe just a bunch of red/white/blue who knows

Anyone else think there are some odd capitalizations here?
P and R in the pulp fiction quote, then everything in the 12th angel, then WorD and LaW.
You guys have done such a rad job on the other puzzles maybe I'm grasping at straws. Who's going to Albany?
PS: incidentally, this is not a quote, as such, from any of the major translations of the bible. actually the quote is from a sonny chiba movie. PMs need to check their source.

anybody else turn this up? Just more 13's is all...St. Philomena's feast day is Sept 9th.
http://www.2heartsnetwork.org/Philomena.htm
ST. PHILOMENA CHAPLET
This chaplet consists of 3 white beads and 13 red beads.
On the medal say the Apostles Creed to ask for the grace of faith.
...
On each of the red beads, which are 13 in number to represent the 13 years that St. Philomena spent on earth, say the following prayer:
Hail, O holy St. Philomena...

just updating on the drawing of MLK, im 75% done with only the top right quad left out. its definitely just a portrait pose, i was hoping that perhaps there would be a clue towards something in there, but none that I found so far. It does seem that there will be a lot of background space behind he head in the upper right, but it is probably just goign to be the old red white and blue. I dont know if ill finish it tomorrow, my eyes hurt lol
