There is something stegged in the congrats image, I just know it. In the words of Neo "help, need a little help!". I tried to extract the stegged text from the congrats image, and I got an output file that looks like a string of 834 bytes (the other one was 234 or so). Unfortunately it's all jibberish because this one has a passkey on it. So until we get that right, we can't decode this file. I am almost certain it's there though, the output file size suggests it is. I have to stop working on this until tonight, but if anyone is willing to continue what I'm working on, I'd appreciate it. I am using stella to try to get info from the congrats image. If this image was just an afterthought, I will be a bit pissed.

Second verse, same as the first.

Could this be about the first and second pic that got posted on paintover.net? We "cracked" the second pic, but not the first... can they possibly hint us that the method to do that is the same?

I too have been bothered by the lack of results from first picture, sure we found the quote and "STOL", but we didn't do anything with it.

I wonder though, if we should consider the picture posts as "chapters" the pictures themselves, then would be the "verses".

EDIT: Kinda like this suggests

I haven't been able to find a suitable destegging prog yet... stella is a 17Mb download, but I'm not sure if it runs on Windows-based platforms.

Other utils mostly not accept JPEG's... looking at the 'congrats' pic does suggest steganography though... it's mostly one shade of colours, with tiny dots all over the place...

Can some one Photoshop the files and put the 2 together turning down the percentage of the transparency? They are the same height.

Could some of the Letters in "Congrats" fall into the empy label slot on the cabinet? It looks possible.

The white star just below the R in congrats has to be something too.

I'm too. I don't think we have concluded the breaking of the first picture. Were we where supposed to use this "STOL"? Is it an anagram? An pw? I guess that the message on the gif is for us: "Review your steps, blindly, but carefully. You missed something in the way."

convinced

Im convinced the missing files in folders have something to do with the files poking out of the aquapolice clue paintover pic. The ftp clue was given because ftp was a darker blue then the rest.. we still have either.. F,G - Q,R - U,V,W.. ( Im not sure if the file counts as popping out before the tab or after ) Notice the T doens't have the file popping out (if it did there would be a white gap above it., not above the next tab in line ) so the file popping out isn't related to ftp.
now we are being told to blindly enter folders and directories in a site.. it could be /grw/ or /fqu/ or even something like /g/r/w/ (climbing stairs ) etc

The files would definitely be behind the tabs. I think this might be a very good way to go.

P.S. Morning, ecwilder. No, I did not sleep well, lol - kept unscrambling that puzzle in my nightmares

On the "Et tu?" picture, it looks like the cards are raised behind "F", "Q", "V".
