That file and the folder it's in is automatically generated by Virtual_Assembly_(Win)_1_0.exe . That's the virtual model builder of the Nebuchadnezzar hovercraft you downloaded from TheMatrix.com (that's where it keeps your progress in building the model!). Nothing to do with the ARG or Metacortex.

Keep digging, I won't be too far.
