Someone at myres said it might be sonar, can you even decode sonar?

 		I ran it through a spectrograph and it kind of looks like morse code. The thing is, there's going to be 2:15 of it!

Can we decode this into Russian?

The morse might not mean anything in English, but in Russian it might translate into words.
