... Ok, let's start again...

The first part of the file is quite clear, I mean, we can count the beeps quite easily, after the 50seconds (after the 3 series of 9 beeps with a different tone) everything gets confusing....
any ideas?
I think the clue has to be in the second part, and we ave to use that first part to reveal it.
But I haven't found anything so far.
I find that second part too noisy... I wish I could count the beeps easily. Or maybe we are counting beeps and it's not there, it's in the tones or even notes of the beeps.
I remember I studied at uni a language that was made with musical tones, lol
I can hear some small silences in between some series of beeps, so it must mean something, maybe a different serie is a different letter.
I still think this leads to a code in srpa, because there's no web like latlon to put a sequence... arrrrghh...
Here in Uk is 10:30 pm and I am working tomorrow Sad I am afraid I will see the result as soon as I wake up... Sad

Then again, maybe not.

To me, the different pitched tones impled different senders. I interpretted the message as an intercepted conversation with the first tones, the higher pitched ones, being one sender and the lower tones being the response.

this is rediculous, even during the Dark Knight ARG there were way harder puzzles than this... and they were always solved in about 10 minutes...

right... comimg back to my first idea of groups of beeps...
if instead of asuming 14 in the first part, I asume 2 x 7, and instead of 4, 2x2, then the sequence would be:

77222277727772777
then 999 (different tone) and it might be to allow the other person start the reply
and then I don't get anything else lol

I just find interesting that the beeps of the first part are in groups of 2 or 7 (or also 4 and 14)

Tried changing this by 0 and 1 and translating from binary, but nothing.

Obviously not if they were solved in 10 minutes...

There are a couple of things that are repeating in the spectrograph:

why is the code double layered like that? did you do that or did it come from the spectrograph that way?

It was like that on the spectrograph. There must be two signals with different values.

I see the russian maghkey znak. (and i didn't google that, I speak Russian)
It has no sound, simply influences pronunciation.
