faeryqueen21--Don't think the enlistment nbrs will matter. The Riddle is:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
You have three cups. One cup is filled with pennies from the year 2000, one filled with pennies from the year 1980 and the final cup is filled with a mix of coins from both years.
All three cups are labled "2000", "1980", "Mixed" - However, we know that the lables were switched so each cup is now marked incorrectly.
Can you mark the cups correctly, without looking inside, and taking only one coin out; from only one cup?

That riddle sounds like a retelling of one that had another version at some point because of the 1980 date.
If each cup held the same number of coins, they were US pennies and you could use a scale, the 1980 cup would be the heaviest and the 2000 cup would be the lightest.
Pennies switched from copper to zinc in 1982.

That would be me. On the application I said I was a skeptic about the supernatural but my belly has been doing some "shape shifting" the last few years so maybe there was something to the rest of it also.

I have been trying to find Broxbourne with no success. I emailed Apacemindset asking if they knew him and I told them that it was urgent that I find him. This was their response.
Quote:
Professor Broxbourne was a quack and a fraud!
Please, speak of him no longer whilst you are a participant with Apace Mindset, forget that man and concentrate on what is,
Thank you kindly.

And so the correct answer to the riddle would be "Yes"?

LOL I thought of that too. Based on the few little grammar/punctuation slipups we've seen, I guessed our PM was looking for a real solution rather than a literal answer to his actual question.
That said, AM's reply re: Broxbourne implies he may no longer be with us. Dead? Or whisked off to another dimension or similar a la Leon?

New letter from Apace Mindset!
Subject: Moving along
Quote:
To all,
I would hope that none of you who have given the answer, cheated. I trust not at least. And considering that each and every one of you were able to give me such a specific answer I've decided to end this course of tests early. Paying attention is one thing, learning to be directly astute? Quite another.
For now I am going to go back to Patricia and we need to discuss how to move on with the project and decide when we'll be revealing the extent of the entire procedure, to you all.
Until then, open your minds. And here's a little number puzzle for you all to figure out.
M. Forester.

I asked Leon for more info on Broxbourne, this is his reply
Quote:
"BROXBOURNE WAS THE MAN WHO WANTED TO TAKE ME TO MSU HE DEALT WITH PHYSICS AND FRINGE SCIENCE KIND OF LIKE THAT NEW ABRAHMS SHOW HIS LAST PROJECT WAS SHOT DOWN BY THE GOVT AND HE NEARLY LOST HIS TEACHING JOB HAVENT SPOKEN TO HIM SINCE TWO DAYS BEFORE I WENT MISSING"
I have tried searching MSU for Broxbourne with no success. I am going to try to stay on AIM tonight in hopes of getting in touch with him.
How should we respond to the numbers puzzle? They seemed pretty clear when they said they didn't want me to talk about Broxbourne but the result of the number puzzle is about Broxbourne and Leon.
Edit/How does Leon know what the new Abrams show is about?
