Injection Day - Gennaro 08/26/2008

4 hours and the poor guy is probably going to buy it. I always dread reloading the videos page and seeing that "enter your birthdate" screen. You just know that something aweful happened.

Then what? No vote I would suppose since Danby's the only one left to inject. Or maybe they'll "recruit" more candidates?

I feel something very bad is going to happen to Gennaro. I was convinced he was going to kill himself out of guilt and stress from what he has put his family through. His video message seemed to imply that he knows he is going to die. That must suck.

As for Danby, that little dude is going to have an epic freakout after this week. Unless he manages to somehow dodge the injection, I'm thinking he is doomed as well. But it would seem that there would be no vote this week if he is the only one left. So maybe, as previously speculated, this will move the ARG into another phase of the story, or give us a new website to explore in place of our weekly vote.

Anybody else frightened to see what puzzle they throw at us today?

Well since it was supposed to be longer, methinks cassie's the next candidate. Everyone vote for her!

gotta admit i feel sorry for the poor guy, why didn't people vote Danby instead? But then again maybe some people dont read the dossiers but vote according to the pictures. Gennaro looks like a fat greasebucket.

That's not it. Obviously you didn't read the dossiers either. Rolling Eyes

Danby was working to make a cure, so we preserved him.

That was a pretty gruesome way to go. Might have topped all the others, IMHO.

HOLY CRAP! Poor dude, and as for that other guy, i read the dossiers but I never considered that Danby would be any better and curing alien making viruses than anyone else. Gennaro was a reasonably nice guy, but now he's dead.

Looks like a cipher, and somehow the one word on the sheet, 'night', will be a key.

My first thought was DNA groups, but there are six letters, A, D, F, G, X, V, which means that doesn't match.

In the last of his personal files, there's a reference number to to447109, that was just found by adding up sequentially.
