[AA][PUZZLE] Cipher Wheel of DOOOOM!
Decrypting the Wheel from The Tomb, Boston

Ok guys, much delayed due to gettign settled after Boston, here is a transcript of the Mysterrrrioooous Cipher Well found at The Tomb. I aligned all the numbers as a 'base' to start from, then just went down each wheel.

Done some reorganizing with the though of it being a Jefferson Wheel, essentially moving the 'wheel' (ie excel columns) around

I've pasted both of those last two forms into a ROTer and got nothing. Perhaps the order is yet to be revealed? I don't know. I'll keep fooling around.

From the letter that was also received in The Tomb (I believe)

OK, so I didn't want Dionysus to have all the fun (being the only one with a super cool wheely thing), so I made a cipher wheel we can all enjoy.
It's really basic, but functional.

[EDIT] Just thought I would add that I was going to make an auto-solver, but I don't know if the method of decryption will be consistant enough for that. Maybe if it proves to be, I will.
