 		Khaner Psych Eval Tape Malfunction?
Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble accessing Khaner's Psych officer evaluation tape. I found this game a little late, and in the course of getting caught up I've tried watching all the tapes, but this one consistently gives me an error ("Connection Error. Please check video url.") when I try to play it. This is the case either by inserting the tape in the player or by entering its VidId (#15) in the extended url accessed by clicking on the newest tape in Hale's folder.

Does anyone else have this problem, have a workaround, or feel willing to at least summarize what that tape contained (or contains)? Thanks!
