I am playing in the little spare time I currently have.

I solved: patience, endurance, honor, intuition, prudence.

Curiosity: I can't the see the picture (The file is damaged and cannot be repaired) but that might be part of the riddle. Saved broken file on pc and opened in notepad but didn't see anything special.

Awareness: Mishu and I are thinking it's a song. I found some songs that have what I got, but I am not convinced that one of those is the right one.
And apart from that, what format is used for date of birth? I assume the European, but how to write it out has several possibilities. I have the feeling I am on the wrong track (at least partly).

Humility: Solved part 1 and 2, but I am not too sure about the girl's name. I think it's betty, but it also could be catty or patty. Consonants looks obvious, but I am not sure which ones I may use and if order is important. My ideas for part 4 failed.

Will: is going to be an issue for me. I am too slow with the subtractions.

Charity: I think you have to make an donation to get the password to it by email. Even when I want to make a donation, I can't. I don't have paypal, and I won't make a paypal account.

For the ones I didn't mentioned: no promising ideas.

Ok, now i only miss Wisdom, Awareness, Charity and Confidence.

For Curiosity: Nope, you need that file, if it's broken, try to download again. It has more then 2 MB and it took 2 or 3 trys for me too before i had it.

For Awareness: Hmm, maybe we have different riddles there, I'm looking for an author. Question

For Humility: I didn't need the girls name, the other ones were enough for me. For 4 i had to guess 2 of the letters, but that wasn't really hard cause 2 other letters were given by a number Wink

For Will: Yeah, i needed some trys too and much luck. I concentrated on the first 20 ones to make no error there, because after that they get harder as it seems, then i mostly speculated on the last digits and more or less guessed some of the difficult ones.

For Charity: That's what i thought too, but meanwhile I'm no more convinced about that.

There they say clearly, that donating is optional and that you can still use this site with no restrictions if you choose not to donate.

 		I miss now Wisdom, Will, Charity and Confidence

For wisdom - I tried to find clues in the text for the order of the colored balls.
I've read the text intensively in the hope that I would make me a connection to something I could work with.
I googled parts of the text to see if was taken from a certain work.
I ignored the text and search for some code or color order that used those colors. Like electronic code, three-phase electric power codes, snooker/pool balls, color of the days (according Thai tradition), etc.

For Will - I just need find a good moment to solve that one (and a bunch of luck Laughing).

For charity - I still think we have to make an donation to receive the answer by email.

Confidence is not accessible yet.


For those who cannot download the picture on Curiosity:
If you use FireFox, switch to another browser like Internet Explorer. The picture cannot be downloaded with FireFox.
If you use Internet Explorer, and the downloading stops halfway. Just keep trying. It will work eventually (c.q. after some tries).


For those who use Firefox and have the add-on NoScript:
When you enter "Will" you must have (temporary) allowed ALL scripts on that page. Otherwise the program will run but will not count any of your answers correct.
I don't dare to state that not allowing all scripts on the WIQ site will interfere when you submit an answer. I am not going to try that out. But I would recommend to temporary allow all scripts before submitting an answer when you make use of Noscript.

Well, still Wisdom and Charity left for me.

For Charity:

I checked the source code and noticed that the submit-button is useless. No matter what you will try to submit, it automatically will send you to the "ups"-page. On the other riddles the submit-button did send you on a page to check you answer, e.g. .../Humility_Ver.php, but on charity the submit button is linked to .../Ch12_ups.php. Means for me, that even if we get an answer by email, we won't have to submit it.


That brings me back to my origin theory, that we have to make a donation to go on, which means the end for me. I'm not willing to pay anything. I don't even know who and where these guys are. They have a big site with terms of services and they want lots of datas from us, but on the other hand we don't know anything about them. So, as long as they don't change Charity, I will quit on this site.

Anyhow I don't have any ideas anymore for Wisdom Very Happy

I still have the same thought for charity, too.

We still have the prudence clue left and unused. Maybe it is an essential clue to solve wisdom or any other part of the left riddles?

what I noticed about the prudence clue

AH! WC, CHIPPED WC...
WE HAD WC, CHIP PC.

Both have the same 13 letters, 8 different letters in totality.
ACCCDEHHIPPWW

anagramming didn't work out.
I thought that those 13 or 8 letter might be the first letters of 13 or 8 something.

hi everyone, im new on unforum. perhaps i'm breaking some rules, but really need help.... could someone roll back on 36 (the card one) and give me some hint. i have read some previous threads and it really confused me. i really dont know if i should convert numbers to letters or do something else. is answer a name of some card game? i tried lot of things but nothing worked, i dont have idea what to do... Question

 		minime, i write "donate" on charity answer box ,and i loose 0.1 points penalty
so the submit button works just fine...

 		@MishuAnubis: Sure, it works fine to loose points, but what I meant was, that you will ALWAYS loose points on that button. There is no page, where your answer will be checked. Even with a supposed "correct" answer the button will send you to the ups-page, where you loose points. So I believe, that to finish this one we don't have to submit something via this button.

@vatra: I'm not quite sure, which level you are talking about, it's a long time ago. But if there is a red 3 involved, you must find the correct card game to convert the face card correctly. Then just check what you get.

Hey, y'all!
I just discovered that Q56 was finally posted last year. I guess my notifications didn't notify me of this continued puzzlement. I quit at Q54 from exhaustion and now I think I'm ready to get back into this and eventually tackle 56. I hope some of you are still around. I'll read back a few pages, but I think I'm gonna need a little nudge on 54.

A blast from the past
Adventurik recently PM'd me asking me to join in the WIQ discussions. I haven't played this in such a long time that I didn't even remember where I was in my progress. A quick check (and remembering my account info) puts my smack at the gate at Q50.

I remember having a bunch of notes on this but I had apparently missed finishing the gate level. Sad

I know that I'm going to have to go back through the previous posts and PM some people for assistance with this one. It's gonna take me a while, though, as I'm kinda tied up with moving.
