Nicely done AUZ, i'd totally dismissed the quote and was going mad looking at the numbers. *mental note - next time look at the whole picture*

So i did the memory question, remembered the order and what i saw, and as my results were displayed on screen

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
i had to quickly click on the picture that appeared (you get me right?)

and missed reading all the blurb about it. All i read was Correct - 0.3 IP's. Was this full marks?

Anybody have this one yet?

Quote:
Before Angel Falls was discovered, which was the highest waterfall?

Angel Falls was made public on 11/16/1933 by James "Jimmie" Crawford Angel. I could not find a list of high waterfalls before 1933. I tried a couple of names from the list of highest waterfalls but they must have been discovered after Angel Falls.

Quote:
Pilot Jimmy Angel is widely credited for discovering the falls in 1937, but the true discoverer was one Ernesto de Santa Cruz, who found the falls in 1910.

Help?

Mavado,

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Does it have to be discovered to be the highest?

That might not make sense, but think about it.

Q18

I finally got Q18. I had accidentally deleted a letter in the quote, so it threw off my results. I changed the last letter on a hunch, and luckily it was right. Then I realized I had deleted a letter.

I am glad that one is done with!

Broken puzzle

This is my #11 puzzle. I got the answer but it will not allow me to move on. I even got the "you are correct page". When I click on "next level" this puzzle reappears. I have tried to capitalize the letters. I have tried to fill in the missing letters (spaces will not allow entry). Refreshed the screen, delete cookies and log in again, deleting the letters that solve the puzzle and reenter them. All to no avail.

Anybody else have this puzzle and had problems?

I lost 1.05 IP's on a similar question relating to the depths of the oceans, struck me as rude, but maybe there's an area of your brain that should pick up on these things.

Same problem , 9Circles is my 2nd ID, check the amount of people stuck on level 11, supposedly a glitch that's fixed (or not).

Yep, I've got exactly the same problems with exactly the same puzzle. Tried it on both Firefox and IE6.

Question 22 - "Eria"

So I just found out about this today and have been hurting my brain trying to catch up with everyone. But now I seem to be stumped on #22, the "Eria" question, about filling the lake.

Am I overlooking something very obvious, or are my math skills really that sub-par? I did remember the asterisk in the answer, but I seem to be off still.

ifihadahifi, I think you're talking about Q21.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The trick is realizing how fast the lake fills up.

My bad, you're right magnetO. Its number 21. So then my question would be

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Am I actually looking for a mathmatical solution between the start and end date? Or is this less math and more trickery?
