Can it be made to 'report' an instance of a right-click? Because the way that I see it is this. First, we have a background image (the sky-blue bagua 'shadow'). Next, there is a 'game box'. Within this game box there is a dark blue mask that defines the outer 'collision zone'. This mask ends at the inner edges of, what I previously called, the columns. Now, could these columns be, through faulty/lax coding, have a 'playing field' attribute? Essentially meaning that the 'collision zone' mask is not large enough.

There's an option to use scripting to determine pretty much anything an user does on a Flash movie. I haven't decompiled the DWY swf, so i don't know if they're using pure scripting or some mixed techniques...anyway, both are possible, and achieve the same results.

Me: Ganymede, Brontes, Enceladus. Cheated all the way. Smile

The only pattern I am seeing is that I'm actually being placed into the groups that I want, which I think is odd. Seriously, I think that's a little strange! I wrote a ton about Enceladus on my blog a while back and made a movie about Ganymede (the moon incarnations of those names, anyway). Shocked

Oh, and also that these tests seem to want to come out when I am nowhere near a computer...

im not sure if this was posted yet, but here's some info on the new group names:

Quote:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tityos

Also, a type of scorpian

In Greek mythology, Tityos (also spelled Tityas or Tityus) was a giant chthonic being. He was the son of Elara (daughter of King Orchomenus) and her lover Zeus.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enceladus_(mythology)

the sixth-largest moon of Saturn.

In Greek mythology, Enceladus (or Enkelados, Ἐγκέλαδος/"Trumpeter to Arms") was one of the Gigantes, the enormous children of Gaia (Earth) fertilized by the blood of castrated Ouranos.[1] With the other Gigantes, Enceladus appeared in one particular region—either Phlegra, the "burning plain" in Thrace[2], or Pallene.[3]

Like the other Gigantes, Enceladus had serpent-like lower limbs, "with the scales of dragons for feet" as Bibliotheke states, though this convention was not invariably followed in pictorial representations.[4]

During the battle between the Gigantes and the Olympian gods, Enceladus was disabled by a spear thrown by the goddess Athena (illustration, right). He was buried on the island of Sicily, under Mount Etna. The volcanic fires of Etna were said to be the breath of Enceladus, and its tremors to be caused by him rolling his injured side beneath the mountain (similar myths are told about Typhon and Vulcan). In Greece, an earthquake is still often called a "strike of Enceladus".

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antaeus

Might be a reference to "The Moth", a episode from the first season of LOST.

Antaeus in Greek and Berber mythology was a giant of Libya, the son of Poseidon and Gaia, and his wife was Tinjis. He was extremely strong as long as he remained in contact with the ground (his mother earth), but once lifted into the air he became as weak as water.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aloadae

In Greek mythology, the Aloadae (or Aloadai) were Otus and Ephialtes (or Ephialtis), sons of Iphimedia, queen of Aloeus, by Poseidon, whom she induced to make her pregnant by going to the seashore and disporting herself in the surf[1] or scooping seawater into her bosom.[2] From Aloeus they received their patronymic, the Aloadai. They were strong and aggressive giants, growing by nine fingers every month[3] nine fathoms tall at age nine, and only outshone in beauty by Orion.[4]

The brothers wanted to storm Mt. Olympus and gain Artemis for Otus and Hera for Ephialtes. Their plan, or construction, of a pile of mountains atop which they would confront the gods is described differently according to the author (including Homer, Vergil, and Ovid), and occasionally changed by translators. Mount Olympus is usually said to be on the bottom mountain, with Mounts Ossa and Pelion upon Ossa as second and third, either respectively or vice versa. Homer says they were killed by Apollo before they had any beards,[5], consistent with them being bound to columns in the Underworld[6]

How the heck does this work?

He said "...we are not yet even halfway through...". There were early reports of there being 8 tests in total (derived, I believe, from some source/flash cracking).

I've tried this in both IE and FF and clicking anywhere on the page outside the octagon gives me a collision. Bug fixed already?

I have successfully done this 'cheat'. In the test box that the octagon is in is a dark blue rectangle. Flanking either side of this are light blue 'columns'. You need to place you cursor in the column at a place were when you click to make the logo reappear that it will not touch the inner dark blue box nor the background image (I used the left column, not sure if the right will work). Essentially you need to place your cursor directly in the center of the column.

I think that this method of 'cheating' is not intended to be the one we use and therefore will not be recorded as being triggered in the flash. I could be wrong but, the 'lento' cheat seems to me to be the 'proper' cheat. The outside the octagon cheat seems more-or-less to be a bug.

..obviously I am retarded. I have followed what you are saying and there no way for the Dharma logo to not touch the dark box or the background image. Where exactly do I click? Right? Left?

The only cheat that seems to work now is "lento" - and that really isn't a cheat since it was coded in the video.

A bunch of people have tried it at the Fuselage and no one can get it to work now.

yeah the right click cheat is defiantly not working anymore. I think Hoodlum is finally fixing some cheats that weren't meant to be there.

With two tests now complete I have begun compiling individual Volunteer Assessment Dossiers for release at the end of the program.

Huh. Will that be the endgame (like the Sri Lanka video from the first Experience)? Also, it's interesting to note that there is no hidden message in the source code. I guess the video was more then enough for "Black Swan"?

email?

So I did not get an email for test 2, nor for test 4. I know I have the "send email" option checked. And I make sure to check my spam folder before I delete everything.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or perhaps there was not an email sent out for those two? I don't get it.

I haven't received the e-mail but it was unlocked so it should start arriving in people's mail soon. We knew a letter was coming out today.

Yes, it's shown up in all the email pages. I asked about it after the second one. Seems ridiculous formatting.
