I sent an email to tech support stating the power on my new Z10 gaming system stopped working and asked about warranties and support.

intro.mp3 I downloaded the intro.mp3 file from the main page. If you Right Click->Properties on the file, then go to Details, you can see that in the comments are a series of HEX numbers. They are as follows:
0000007A 00000080 00001080 00001E59 00000258 00000272 00005F26 00007AEE 00000258 00000272
In decimal these numbers are:
122 128 4224 7769 600 626 24358 31470 600 626
Any ideas here?
[Edit for insight]
Their page is already filled with flash. Why even have the intro sound effect as a separate file? This seems more and more suspect.

Where have you found the mp3? Can you post here a direct link, please?

Sorry...I assumed it was in the source of the page...interesting that its not. That means that its loaded from the flash file I guess.
Anyways, direct link is: http://massivedynamic.com/sounds/intro.mp3
[Edit]
If you have DownloadHelper on Firefox, it shows up in the download options, so it definitely gets loaded on the page.

i'm not sure about this, but I think each HEX represents an ASCII character, which may add up to a word... I'm working on it.

ASCII characters must have a decimal equivalent < 128 so unfortunately conversions are returning gibberish. May not be hex.
I don't have Audacity on my work computer but I'm wondering what the ID3 tags say.

ID3: Just contains the code (apparently something other than hex) and oddly a genre listing of blues

Thanx for posting mp3-link. It seems really to be kind of code. I suppose, it's a word, where some letters (like 626) repeat...
I wonder, which code it could be...

I wouldn't put too much effort into the hex. I've run across it several times before where there is just random hex in an ID3 tag. I'll see if I can remember any examples.

good point, but right now what else can we really do? I'd drop it if something new came up, though

Ok so ASCII must use 128 or less but apparently MIDI tones do not follow the same criteria. Maybe the code is simply a hexadecimal representation of the tones from the jingle. I hear 10 tones and the are ten separate hex strings.

I hear only 8 tones - perhaps some are hidden. I made the jingle slow, so you can better analyse it:

UPDATE.
Do you know a system, which allows to search for words with the same repeating letter strings, without knowing, which letters are variable?
I mean, we have here (perhaps) a word
122 128 4224 7769 600 626 24358 31470 600 626
we cannot use any substitution tools, since here is not so many letters. But we have two repeating letter sets "600 626".
So we have a word with 10 letters like ????XY??XY, where X and Y aren't letters "x" and "y" but are variables of another letters. There are probably not so many words in English with the same order of letters (we don't know anything about another letters in this word, but we just know, it doesn't repeat).
Are there some systems looking up English dictionaries looking for just word with such strings? So we could violate this code even without knowing about the code system. (I hope, it's a word, and I hope, it's English)

This could be done with regular expression on a dictionary text file.
Let me see...something like .{4}(.{2}).{2}\1
That should do it if you know how to use regular expression....I think that should work anyways.

well here's an image of the sound... hard to see the tones though, since there's a lot of ambient echo throughout the playback
